Chapter 4

Applejacks POV

As soon as we arrived at my house I gave Rainbow a quick kiss goodbye and a hug, when she started to walk her way home, I felt kinda bad? I guess it's because I live 10 minuets away from her, and it's pretty chilly out there. Maybe Granny can give her a drive!

I loved the idea of Granny giving Rainbow a drive as a thank you so I ran upstairs to go ask Granny.

Aj: " Granny Smith. "

GS: " What is it pumpkin. " she answered as she walked out of her room.

Aj: " Welllll Ah was wonderin' if yah can give Rainbow a drive? " I asked with a 'cute' smile, you know the one nobody can resist. It was Granny's weak spot ;)) so I use it all the time.

GS: " Well, why not? Is she here right now? " she asked looking around to try and spot Rainbow.

Aj: " No, she's outside already walkin' and maybe yah can just drive past her and ask if she wants a drive. Because ah feel bad that she walked all this way for me and has to walk home alone in the dark and cold. " I explained to Granny Smith, and she kept nodding her head, she then finally walked in the kitchen and I followed after her.

Granny reached over and grabbed her keys " okay, I'll be back before you know it! " she winked as she got outta the house and into her red car.

I smiled as a thank you and then shut the door. What should I do now? I thought to myself, suddenly I had an awesome idea! I ran upstairs and as I was running to my room I heard Applebloom in her own room, so I been the nosy person I am, and listened.

Ab: " Scootaloo, we can't just NOT show up. And Sweetiebelle, telling her is the worse way possible. Aj would MURDER me! So would Granny and Big Mac. " She told her few friends that were in her phone on a group call.

Sb: " Well. Then I don't know anymore AppleBloom! I don't wanna go either but I'm pretty sure Rarity would eat me alive if I skipped. " Sweetiebelle explained with a chuckle.

S: " Yeah, so would Rainbow dash- I guess we all have to go unless we all wanna be a eaten alive by our older sisters. " Scootaloo suggested, you could tell Scoots was annoyed- just the tone in her voice.

( I know Scootaloo and Rainbow aren't actually sisters but I'm just gonna make them sisters in this story. Anyways back to the story 😅 )

Ab: " ah mean, we could always ask our sisters. " AppleBloom then suggested as well but not as annoyed as Scootaloo.

Sb: " Yeah, I'll go ask Rarity right now! " SweetieBelle squealed then ran away from the phone to ask her older sister.

Ab: " Scoots go ask Dash, she's cool she'll probably let yah go. " AppleBloom told her purple-haired friend.

S: " Rainbow isn't home yet. I don't where she is right now, so I'll ask her when she gets back home, okay? Just go ask AppleJack for right now- I'll even send Rainbow I message asking where she is. " Scootaloo told my little sister with slight worry in her voice.

Ab: " Oh.. alright then, I'll go now. "

As I heard AppleBloom get up off her bed, I quickly ran to my room. I couldn't let her know that I was listening on to her and her friends conversation. I mean- they've been having so much tea lately how can I not listen? Then I started to think Rainbow wasn't home yet.? I though Granny was giving her a drive- wait! Granny isn't home either.. what if-

Before I could finish my thought I was snapped back into reality by the sound of AppleBlooms voice.

Ab: " Applejack.. " she said as she stared deep in my eyes

Aj: " what is it AppleBloom..? " I asked looking right back at my little sister

Ab: " Me and the girls wanna know if we can skip school tomorrow. There's a big singing competition. And a girl that ah hate is gonna be there, and she bullies me and the girls. " She asked me still looking in my eyes.

To be honest I didn't really care at that moment, I just wanted to know if Rainbow and Granny were okay.. " Ah mean, Scootaloo and Sweetiebelle have to ask Rainbow and Rarity. " I said carelessly.

Ab: " Well, Sweetiebelle is already askin' Rarity, and Scootaloo will ask when Rainbowdash gets home. " She answered with a smile on her face.

I looked over to her, " Rainbow isn't home? " I questioned her trying to act like I didn't already know.

Ab: " Nope. Well not yet according to Scootaloo, she hasn't been home ever since she left to walk you home. " She answered confusingly.

Aj: " Hm, I'll give her a call. " I said as I pulled out my phone and dialled my girlfriends number-

" Sorry, can't come to the phone right now, I'm probably doing something awesome! Or my phone is dead, leave a message ok bye now " her voice mail picked up right away. I was starting to get more nervous.

Aj: " S-She won't pick up her phone. " I told AppleBloom with a rumbling voice holding in all my tears.

Ab: " Hey, it's okay- her phone is probably just dead. Think positive okay sister. " AppleBloom tried to comfort me but if I'm being honest it wasn't working. I just wanted Rainbow to be okay, and all I could think of is Rainbow.

Ab: " Wait! I'll be right back. " AppleBloom shouted then she ran out of my room into her own.

Damnit rainbow, you better be okay.. I thought to myself. AppleBloom then rushed back in.

Ab: " Scootaloo thinks she knows what happened to Rainbow. " AppleBloom told me with a smile.

I quickly wiped my tears away, and grabbed the phone.

Aj: " Scootaloo, where she is?! " I asked intensely making them jump a little.

S: " She has this heart condition and she might of passed out. Or maybe she is in the hospital. I'm just guessing tho. " Scootaloo told me, what I didn't understand is why she didn't she tell me? I mean, like- I don't expect her to tell me EVERYTHING but something like that I would want her to tell me.

I stared at AppleBloom in shock, tears were pouring down my face. AppleBloom then hugged me, Scootaloo hung up giving us a moment. I started crying, a lot.

Ab: " it's gonna be okay Applejack.. Rainbow is a fighter and she might not even be in the hospital. " she told me rubbing my back trying to comfort me.

Then all of a sudden..

R I N G !!

It was Granny?

I picked up the phone and my body was shaking like as if I was in a frozen lake.

Aj: " h-hey Granny what is it? " I answered the phone.

My eyes widened at her response...
