Let's go back to where the spy and the sergeant met. It was 1940 July 9th, which was more than 10 years ago.

Natasha was a young and beautiful 21 year old spy at a party, her mission to assassin one of the party comers.

She was taking a sip of red wine and slowly taking her gun out. Then she felt something behind her.
She looked back and saw a handsome tall man in a khaki suit with steel blue eyes.

"M'am, what are you doing- Is that a gu-"

Natasha quickly took the man in to a black room around the corner and covered his mouth.

"Shh... before I shoot your head." She reloaded the gun and pointed at the mans head.

But she was too weak and untrained yet.
The man clasped Natasha's arms
and moved it away.

"I am sergeant James Buchanan Barnes. I see you kept a illegal item inside. I could arrest you right now and call the police- or you could do me a favor."

"What is it!" Natasha grunted, her arms still in the man's strong hands.

"What about you tell me who you are?" The man smiled and his eyes sparkled in the moonlight.

"...no." Natasha shook her head.

"What a shame. I kinda liked you." he looked at the moon out of the window and sighed.

Natasha blushed. "Fine. I will tell you if you tell me first."

"I'm James Barnes, like I said before, and I am a 23 year old sergeant."
James turned his head back to Natasha and gazed at her face.
"Your turn."

Natasha looked down to hide her blushing face.

"I-I am Natasha Romanoff, 21 year old- and..I am..." she quickly looked at James.
"I can't tell you."

James looked disappointed.

"When could we meet again?"
He asked hopefully.

"I don't think there would be a chance, Mr. Barnes." Natasha declined the sergeant's words.

"Can I have a good bye kiss?"
James playfully asked.

In a split second after the statement, Natasha put her lips against James's and quickly ran out of the room, dropping a little wallet.

But she didn't notice because her face was on fire.
