When clock strikes four. I started getting ready because It will take atleast half an hour to go there. I jumped into my shower and took a quick shower.
Walking into my closet my phone ringed anji's face appearing at the screen. When I accepted her call she bombard series of questions.
"What are you doing? You're not done getting ready yet? what are you wearing? do you want me to help you?" I chuckled at her reaction.
"No I was about to. what do you think I should wear, something casual" I asked her while showing her options.
"That white one it will look fabulous on you" she choose a top and I picked my marronish pink pants which is my favourite and wore it keeping my phone on back camera to change real quick.

What will you do Ree I'm getting worried about you" she must be concerned her voice went low.
"Even I don't know Anji I would've just told him that I can't marry him if it is not our company at stake I have to do something" while putting on my makeup I tried to think of possible options.
"Ree as you mentioned that you both don't like each other so why don't you tell him to say no to this marriage that way you can get free of guilt and the merger can take place" I nodded.
This is what I came up with the whole time thinking about options now only he can save me.
It was almost 4:30 when I told Anji that I'll call her back when I'm done meeting him. I can get late if I don't leave right now. That's why I made my way downstairs.
I called for cab which took me to Shah's hotel. After paying for cab I looked at the time it's 5:15 which means I'm late.
When I made my way to reception asking for Mr Malhotra's table a boy came to court me and when I saw him sitting all casual glaring at me probably because I'm late all my preparation went down the drain I can't handle him.

Sidharth's POV
I've been waiting for that girl and she's late. I've never waited for anyone. I don't even have her phone number to know where the hell she is.
When I am about to give up she comes in front of the chair and took her seat. She is still settling down no hi or hello or apology for being late. Hell she knows about my presence.
Finally she realised how pissed I am. So opened her mouth and I am struggling to understand what is wrong with her.
"Are you going to ogle me or are you going to say something" she blurrted with her signature scowl.
"Why would I ogle you and why kind of attitude is that" she is something else.
"Look I'm here to talk about the thing our parents literally forced us to which I'm not interested in" she just started saying the fact that I wanted to say when waiter appeared to take our orders.
I ordered white wine while she ordered virgin mojito for drinks and some burgers since it's just evening.
"Ok so as I was telling you that I can't marry you I mean I don't want to get married right now I still have a lot to achieve."
"Atleast we agree on something" I huffed out "even I don't this marriage to take place so why don't you deny it tell your parents that you can't get married to me" I suggested.
Waiter came with our order.
"No I can't tell no to dad it's will hurt him and it's about our company. I can't be the reason to destroy it."
"What do you mean?" I am confused why would she say that.
"Dad told me that our companies can only merge when we both will get married and right now our company is not doing so well that's why dad and your father arranged it. my grandpa also had his wish for me to marry you and I can't get married to you" I'm offended she's saying like I am dying to make her my wife.
why didn't dad told me about it.
I know that Kapoor's are Papa's good friend I will definitely help them but it's also about grandpa's will.
After so much thinking and talking about reasonable options because we both can't deny neither can do anything.
I asked her that "do you really don't want to marry me or are you playing hard to catch" I must've said it wrong her face went red not with embarassment but anger.
"Mr Malhotra I think you're a stupid person why would I marry you when I don't even want to see your face. Why do you want to marry me now huh?" It's my turn to go red.
"No miss kapoor I have no such suicidal thoughts but I think we both have to do something about it"
Kareena's PoV
That man what does he think of himself. How can he say that I want to marry him that handsome jerk. What are you thinking Ree he's not handsome he's arrogent.

Whatever. I am currently having issues with my inner self when he snapped his fingers in front of my face. I'm embarrassed.
"What were you saying" I tried to hide it when he gave me a look that clearly says have you lost your mind.
"I was saying that it's clear we both can't deny and we both want the mergar to take place that's why a friend of mine who's also a lawyer is working on it. He needs some time to think and tell us about the potential options we can use" he completed when I only nodded having last bite of my burger.
What don't judge me burgers are love I don't care if I'm with a boy or anyone else if I want a burger than I'll have a burger.
After paying for our bills we made our way out towards the car he was waiting for his car when I called for an cab.
"Do you want me to drop you off to your place?" He for sure is asking me but I don't want to be in his presence anymore so I politely declined it.
He didn't say anything but is standing at my side when the can arrived. I turned around and stretched my hand for a bye.
"If you don't mind can you give me your number so that when I have solution I can tell them to you" I felt stupid so I just gave him my phone when he started smiling.
"Why are you smiling ?"
"How old are you five? Who keeps his phone background of candies" he laughed whereas I gave him a scowl.
"I do and I'm twenty two don't make fun of me Just give me my phone" I took my phone from him and sat on my ride never giving him a glance back.
