Poisoned Love

Chapter one

The sun was setting and i loved watching the deep yellow colour fade away.It was just peaceful and....
"Khloe,"the new Mrs Parker shouted from the kitchen.

I hated her.She had very easily replaced my mum after she passed away.My father was always away on business trips which gave her the opportunity to do whatever she wanted.She would bring men over to the house.I always thought of telling dad but i decided against it coz she had always been the centre if his world since their marriage one year ago.I wouldn't bring myself to shatter him with such useless news.
"You better get down here and make dinner or else...."

Urgh!I slowly got up from the corner of my bed and dragged myself to the kitchen .I quickly made meatball soup and sphaghetti.I fixed myself a plate and later on showered.I had been in pyjamas the whole day since i was off work and had no school.I tied my hair into a messy bun and shoved the car keys in my pocket.

"Hi Olivia."
"Hi Khloe,the usual?"She asked.
Being workmates it was obvious that she knew my preferences.I held my thumb up to signal a yes.
Besides working at Ethic Club,i loved going there to get a drink as i chatted with my friends.Soon Sky,Kaylah and Ray arrived and we started on the girl talk.Ray always seemed to have her way with the cute guys and before we knew it she was waving at us  and left with a guy.
"I thought she left for the washrooms?"Sky chuckled.
"She was obviously out to look for something else which is not shocking at all,"Kaylah interjected.

After a couple of hours talking,i had to leave for home.I dropped Sky and Kaylah home.
I dropped the keys at the table next to the door and headed to the kitchen to get a glass of water.As i went upstairs,i could hear moans from dad's room.

"Chrisss.......You feel so good..."

Of course!She was screwing someone new today.That name was definately new.This was going to be an awesome night.What better way to sleep while hearing people orgasm.I took my headphones and plopped myself on the bed.I slowly drifted to sleep as the soft music played in my ears.

The alarm went off and Khloe quickly rushed to the kitchen.She reached the top cabinet to remove her favourite coffee mug.Khloe needed alot of this because this was always the bussiest day in her week.
She had to attend three classes in college,New York University.On top of that she had to work night shift at Ethic Club.Her phone went off and she reached out to get it on the marble counter.
"Hi Olivia."
"Hello Khloe,i just called to remind you of your promise to cover up for me."

Oh great!She had a date and foolish me told her i'd cover for her.
"Remember you have to be in two hours before your night shift."Olivia squeaked.
"Yeah,yeah......no worries.Enjoy yourself."Olivia hanged up.
Khloe finished up her coffee and ran upstairs because she was already behind time.
