My secret to protect

(Rhydian POV)

The first time I laid eyes on her everything had changed immediately for me. My whole world shifted. In a flash just like my fall it all happened so fast. I knew it was forbidden and there was a war going on between Heaven and Hell but I could not help myself. It was like a otherworldly force pulled me towards her. So without thought I watched over her. I practically could care less about Lucifers strict rules to despise the human race and only inflict pain on them all but he would never know. I would make sure that this one girl would forever be my secret to protect. She didn't even know I existed yet. And so I wanted it to remain that way for now. I hadn't figured out how to introduce myself quite yet to her. This all started when I was assigned to find certain souls that God had used as vessels for his kingdom to spread his word and create peace amongst others. They were to be of great importance in Gods kingdom. My job simply was to get inside they're head tempt them even. To attempt to bring them astray from their path of God. That was when I saw her a women of virtue a women who believed strongly in God and had a heart of gold in every sense. I had found her like I found the others I had known about the others since Lucifer knew who to mess with exactly in particular. These people would lead people to Christ. And Lucifer would not have that if he could help it. So I went about my duties not knowing what I was getting myself Into. Sitting on a dock near the ocean was the most magnificent creature I ever saw. She seemed so innocent and in deep thought. How could Lucifer assign him to specifically her. Before he left hell he told him to corrupt the righteous souls and he told him who to set his sights on first. Which ended up being her but why did it have to be this unusual beautiful women before him. He watched her carefully trying to figure her out. She had black long hair pale skin and a very curvaceous body. He couldn't tell what she looked like from the front he was dying to see the rest of her. Just like that as if she had read his mind. She turned around and got up and started to walk away towards him. Still she couldn't see him he was in fact invisible a perk of being one of the fallen. He had powers beyond compare. He studied her face her high cheekbones and cute little nose and light green eyes. He'd never seen a human being so perfect before. He's eyes stayed glued on her. He saw her make it to her bike and ride away to a direction he did not know. He would soon find out that the girl before him was destined for just him. Until then he only knew the deep pull he had for her. He thought it impossible that he'd ever act like this towards a human.
