Minho opened the door to his apartment, Felix still attached to his, and walked inside. When he closed the door, Felix finally unwrapped himself from the older, and took off his shoes. Minho walked further into the apartment and put his keys down on the coffee table.
Felix, did not move from his spot near the entrance. His eyes wandered the walls, feeling bad that he basically forced himself inside the older's home.
"You can come in Lix," Minho called out to him, breaking the younger from his trance. He nodded and slowly moved forward taking in the older's simple, yet homely apartment, "you can sit on the couch, I'll be right back."
Felix sat on the couch and studied the room further. There were pictures hung up of his family, cats, and even some old pictures from when they were all together once upon a time.
On the other hand, Minho was slowly getting water and trying to calm himself down, and mentally prepare for what Felix has to ask. He had no option but to answer the younger's questions since he ran all the way here, and kicking him without answering any of his questions doesn't sit right with the older.
He walked out of the kitchen and saw Felix sitting timidly, hands in his lap and eyes wandering. Minho handed him the glass of water, which the younger accepted with a small thank you. He sat next to Felix, awkwardness still haunting the room.
"So," Felix started, putting his glass of water down on the coffee table, "what have you been up to?"
"I work at a dance studio now," Minho explained, "I teach kids and teens how to dance and I'm apart of the dance group."
"Oh," Felix said, "dancing is truly your passion huh?"
Minho hummed, nodding. An awkward silence filling the room.
"Felix, I know you have questions about what happened between me and your band," Minho said putting his glass down and looking at the Australian, "you can ask them."
"Why?" Felix simply asked looking at the older.
"Why what?" Minho responded.
"Why didn't you look for us?" Felix asked and Minho sighed.
"I didn't want to ruin your comeback or distract you," Minho started, "ever since you guys debuted, you've grown and grown and me being there was just a distraction, someone you have to give attention to because we were all supposed to debut together."
"You were never a distraction hyung." Felix replies, but Minho shook his head with a small smile.
"Whenever Jisung called, it was always late and you were all tired," Minho explained, "I was distracting you from getting the sleep and rest you need for practice."
"But," Felix tried but Minho continued.
"I'd call you guys multiple times, seeing my name for a split second distracts you because then you feel bad for me," the older spoke, "did I want to end what we had? Of course not. But,"
Minho stopped and groaned in frustration, covering his face with has hands. He couldn't put his feelings into words. He wanted to give Felix, to give someone his side but when the time came, he doesn't even know what to say.
"Take your time hyung," Felix said, sliding closer to the older, feeling a little more comfortable, "you're here now and i'm willing to wait."
"It's like a boulder." Minho simply said.
"A boulder?" Felix asked confused, "what do you mean?"
"What we had eventually ending was the boulder rolling down a hill," Minho continued, "you can try to divert its path to take longer to hit the city, you can try to imagine that a giant rock isn't coming to ruin your lives, but it can't be stopped."
