My new neighbor

I was walking downstairs and I saw my Aunt again cooking something. I love the smell of fresh mornings.

"Hey, where were you last night?". she asked me.

"Oh, I was in Dr. Zelda's office.", I said.

I wondered because my uncle was still not awake. So, I asked my Aunt about him.

"Umm.. Where's Uncle?". I asked her.

She looked sad. I was curious, I thought that maybe they had a fight.

"Oh, he's.... Gone away for some conference about work." she said in a breaking voice.

"Are you okay?". I asked.

"Yeah, You need to start going or your gonna be late." she said.

"Well, okay. See yah." I said opening the door.

As I walked outside our house, I saw the new kid again he was with Mrs. Davenson. He was walking outside,too. It was awkward, because he kept staring at me. Eyeing me while I was entering my car. Suddenly, my aunt rushed towards me, because I forgot my lunch money.

"Hey, you forgot your lunch money." she said.

"Oh, thanks." I thanked.

"Oh, forward a little bit. Let's go say hi to Mrs. Davenson and her nephew". She said.

"Nephew?, okay". I replied.

So, I drove forward and we greeted them both. My aunt greeted them first, she was just walking.

"Hi, Good morning, Mrs. Davenson. How are you?". She greeted with a smile.

"Oh hello, I'm good, my nephew just got here, yesterday. He's Charlie." she said introducing her nephew.

"Hey". My aunt replied.

He replied to my aunt with a smile,
"Hi, Nice to meet you. Mrs. Crawford".

"You, too. This is my niece, Dynna".
She introduce me to him.

Of course I didn't had a choice but to say hi.

"Hi, I'm Dynna, Charlie.." I greeted with a smile.

Oh my god, He smiled back, he bowed his head and looked at me inside my car.

"Hey, nice to meet you." he replied.

"Yeah, You go to North, right?". I asked him. I was just being curious about where he study.

"Yeah, you?." he said.

"Yup. Hey, you want to get a ride?". I asked him.

"Umm.. Sure, if it's not too much trouble to you". He said, he's such a gentlemen.

"Oh, no worries. It's great". I said with a smile.

So, we said goodbyes to our Aunts. He went inside my car. I was thinking is this gonna be awkward or fine? It's just only been 6 months since I've dated. A boy named Jim was my boyfriend for a year. I was sophomore so was him. But then he moved to Australia for his Mom's job. Finally our relationship has ended. I guess we just couldn't handle LDR relationship well.

It was very quite. He was very quite but it was shocking. Suddenly he asked me something.

"So, your a really great driver". He complimented me. There was many things that He need to compliment me. And that is all?..

"What?". I asked.

"I mean...Ahh.. Umm...". He mumbled.

"What? Are you okay?". I asked him, he looked very nervous.

"Yeah, I'm sorry. I'm just not me when I'm with girls." , he explained.

"Oh.. So, who are you? Come on, tell me who are you and I'll tell you who am I.", I replied.

"Well, I love reading books and parties. And some other things.", he told me with a laugh.

"Okay, my turn. I'm Dynna Crawford. I love swimming. I hate tragedies. Specially in real life". I explained.

Then he said, "okay".

"Really? That was a long sentence and all you answered me was okay?"., I said to him, laughing.

"What? I'm a man with a really few words". He laughed.

Then I said laughing, "Okay, I know that now".

He smiled and we laughed a lot. He told me some jokes.

I laughed, "Oh my god, I didn't know you were that funny. Oh, we're here. See you later".

"Yeah, thank you for the ride".
Suddenly when he was out of my car, He came back.
"Hey, do you mind if you show me around?". He asked me.

"Okay". I said with a sweet voice.
