It was just an ordinary cave, forming a wall onto the wall against the cove at the seaside. He had no idea where he had gone to as his mind was drifted to somewhere beyond the horizon during his walk and the next thing he knew, he reached a cave. He didn't realise that he was taking a long walk, longer than he thought. Seeing the cave triggered his curiosity, drawing his attention to enter the cave. He turned his head right and left in alarmed as his hearing and smell wandered few feet away from him, fear that someone was following him but he caught no sight, hear and smell of it. Hence, he shrugged and willing to enter the cave. Ever since, the forbidden ritual took place, he could fuse with Toothless and became a half dragon. Hence, his smell and hearing started to sharpened and became far better than an ordinary human but he loved it.

The cave was dark but he still can see through it if he concentrated his magic and channeled it into his eyes. The moment he opened his eyes again, he could take a clear view of the cave even the wrinkled lines of the rock, droplets of water onto the rock could not escape his vision.

Thump, thump, thump.

The sound of his footsteps as he entering the cave echoeing throughout the wall of the cave as if the frequency was bouncing here and there onto the pillars of cave. He started to think it was just a cave as he continued walking endlessly. The time seems had gone for few hours (even though it just actually few minutes past) and he began to fed up as he saw nothing peculiar in the cave except for grey, crumpled rocks which he had seen for few hours. Until he sensed a sudden tense atmosphere and wind blowing all over his face. His ears and nosed perked up a bit. A familiar scent was snifted. and a growl was heard. Dragon growl.

Hesitated, but he continue making his steps ahead with more silent. He cursed himself forgetting to bring his favourite sword as he kneeled down, taking a sharp pointed rock, rubbing against it to make a small torch and also as a weapon. A brightness occupy the half of the cave as he went on. He could feel his heart raced a bit as his breathe going slower and slower to reduce the sound knowing there something big ahead. He walking and walking until he bumped into something. It was a soft, warm touch. And warm equaled to living creatures.

He inhaled a deep breathe, pressed his palm against it, and put his torch in front of him. A pair of living eyes with sharp pupil and fiercely anger inside hers appeared in front of him. "Hey girl, I'm not a bad guy. " Hiccup said as he gently touched her to soothe her anger but she just continued narrowed her eyes alerting him. He slowly waved his torch around the dragon, as the light started to make its way around the dragon to gave himself a full view of it. His eyes wided when he saw the colours. Vividly colour of blue appeared and reflected by the light, mixed with yellow and orange at the wings. Needles started to appear one by one from head to tail as the light went on.

A deadly nadder.

"That's... Unusual... " Hiccup thought. Normally, dragon won't sticking around human's place. And this cave was too close to that. "What are you doing here, girl? " Hiccup asked as he continued pat her head. The deadly nadder was nervous and frightened at first but she slowly relaxed as her eyes turned into large bubbly pupils and purred like a kitten. Hiccup smiled as his gaze landed on deadly nadder's body. Her body was curled in fixed position as if she was protecting something or someone. He tried to reach his hand onto it but the deadly nadder refused as she winced a bit. Hiccup put his hand in front of him acted as a surrender.

"Don't worry, I won't hurt you or that thing. Just let me help. I promise I won't hurt you. " Hiccup said as his finger pointing towards it and looking into deadly nadder's eyes at the same time. The way Hiccup talked to the deadly nadder and the determination in his eyes gave deadly nadder a fix reassuring as she gently put away her tail. A girl appeared. Hiccup could not shake off this familiar feeling that they met before.
