I was checking my patients' charts seriously when someone poked my shoulder. I turned to see Jaclyn standing there looking at me with a smile on her face. She was using a crutch to support her left side of her body.

She injured her left leg, bruises on her left arm and she has a bandage on her head to preventing her wounds to bleed again. I stared into her emerald eyes coldly and she pouted. "You're judging me hard huh?"

"Go back to your room, Jaclyn." I said as I turned back to my patients' charts. Jaclyn took a step closer to me and she poked my upper arm. "Go back to your room, Jaclyn. Don't make me call the nurses to bring you back to your room." I warned in a cold tone.

I still couldn't believe this woman. How can she cares more about her reputation than her life? She exists alright. She got into an accident and it's a car accident. Anyone can get into one and why is she so.. careless?

"Please do me a favor." She said as she kept poking my arm. I turned around to find if there's a nurse passing by. I want her to be on her room. "Noah, please."

"Oh.. Riley!" I saw Riley just walking out from one of the patients' room. Riley turned to me and I asked her to come. "Noah!" I heard Jaclyn whining as she held my arm tightly.

"Please assist Ms. Rae to her room." I said to Riley and she turned to Jaclyn. I didn't even bother to see Jaclyn because I really don't want to deal with her anymore. I don't like people who doesn't care about their life.

"Noah!" I turned to Jaclyn because she just screamed her lungs out calling my name. Riley brought her back forcely and I shook my head. I decided to focus on my work again.

The next day..

"You did great, Kathy!" I said and Kathy got off from the treatmill. I wrote her results into the chart and I looked at her happily. "Can I go home now?" She asked and she turned to her mom who's assisting her today.

"Tomorrow, okay? I promise." I said and Kathy nodded. I asked the nurse to assist her back to her room. Her mother thanked me and I walked out from the test room. As I walked towards my office, I saw Jaclyn already waiting in front of my office. I shook my head as I looked at her from afar. I can't believe this woman!

"Go back to your room, Jaclyn." I said and she turned to me. Her face lit up when she saw me. I gestured her to move away from the door. She shook her head as she threw her crutch away. "Are you seriously acting like this?"

"You need to hear me out first."

"I don't have time for that." I said coldly as I looked straight into her eyes. She grabbed my hand and held it tightly. "Please.. you need to hear me out."

"No." I said firmly and she kept holding onto my hand. I tried to pull it away but she looked at me with her emerald puppy eyes. I sighed in defeat and I gestured her to go into my office.

She opened the door and walked in first completely forget about her crutch on the floor. I picked it up and brought it in. She sat on the chair in front of my desk and I leaned the crutch to the wall. I sat down on my chair and turned on my computer.

"Please help me.." She said in a serious tone and I took out my phone from my drawer. "Why do you need help? I'm sure you have other people can help you."

"I want to move in with you." She stated and I found myself turning my head to her in horror. She gestured me to wait before I respond her statement. "I don't want my family to know that I got into an accident and you know that I'm living with my family right?"

"I-" She gestured me to not talk. "I want to move in you until I fully recover and I will reward you with anything you want. I can't go home like this and they can't know that I'm in the hospital recovering from a car crash."

"Can I talk now?" I asked in a cold tone and she nodded. I crossed my arms and looked straight into her beautiful emerald eyes. "I don't want to do anything with you. I'm a busy man and I'm sure you too. I don't have time to play around with your cute crazy scenario. You're not moving in with me and I'm not going to help you. You can find someone else beside me."

"But.. but you're my only hope!" She protested as she leaned foward. "I can't. I won't help you and maybe you could ask your siblings to cover it up for you." I said and I turned my attention to my computer.

"I'll date you then!" She said and I shook my head. "Won't work, Jaclyn." I said firmly. "Oh come on, Noah. How about you'll be my boyfriend?"

"No."

"Oh come on! I thought we had connections 3 months ago." She said and I ignored her. There's a silence from her and I decided to focus on prescribing my patients medicine through the computer.

"How about we get married?" That raised my anger up and I turned to her disbelief. "What's wrong with telling your family about the car crash? It's just a car crash for god sakes! Why are you trying to move in with me date me.. and even wanting to marry me now?!" I bursted angrily at her and she looked at me blinking her eyes unknowingly.

"Is reputation that important to you?" I added.

"I'm a racer." She stated and it didn't surprise me. I read about it online but she denied it 3 months ago. Now she's admitting it. "I love racing with all my heart and I don't want my family stopping me from doing it."

"If they know if I'm racing again, they will lock me in my house forever." She looked down to the ground and I sighed. I closed my eyes as I leaned my body back to my seat.

"Dating me, moving in with me or even marrying me won't solve the problem either, Jaclyn. I'm a cardiologist.. a doctor and you're asking a doctor to let you risking your life?" I raised my eyebrows and she turned to me.

"But.."

"You're not even racing legally right? You're street racing right? You're giving your family heart attack sooner or later if you don't stop."

"But I won't stop!" She said and I looked at her completely annoyed.

"Then it's up to you. You're an adult already but it's clearly that you're acting like a 5 years old. You know that street racing is illegal and you can't guarantee that you won't get into an accident."

"Please.." She begged and I shook my head. "Close case, Jaclyn. I'm not going to help you so I suggest you to find someone else."

"But you're a doctor! You can save me.. right?"

"You really taking your life lightly huh? You're the lowest out of all the people that I've ever met, Jaclyn. I understand that racing is your hobby or maybe it gave you thrill but you can't ask me for help to cover up your crazy shit! Ask someone else to do it for you because they won't reject you since you're Jaclyn Rae!" I bursted out to her in a sarcastic tone. Her emerald eyes turned dark and her expression changed.

"You don't know me, Noah."

"Enlighten me then.." I said challenging her and she stood up from her seat angrily. She walked towards the door and grabbed her crutch.

"You will help me.." She said before she leaves my office and I can't believe her.
