Chapter 6

         Today is the day. The day we're going to New Orleans. Yayyy. I got up and put on a nice outside purple lace shirt with black jeans and of course my leather jacket.  I put my bags near the window and cracked open the window for us to get them.
         I walk downstairs and Mom is there.
         " Good Morning, you two." I said and grabbed some snacks.
       
         "Good Morning, you look excited today." Mom said.

         " Well I feel like today is going to be a good day." I said looking at them both. Mom left it alone but Dad kept giving the look. You know the look, when they know something is up.
           "So, Dad Earionna is taking me to school today." I told him.

            "Okay. You want some breakfast first?" He asked so nicely that I felt bad that I'm not staying.

Car horn

            "No, I'll be okay. That's her. I better get going. I said and gave both of them hugs.

           "Babes, you're acting like you're not going to see us when you come home this evening." Dad said.

            " I know, I can't hug my parents." I said.

              "Alright. Have a good day." Mom said giving a hug.

          And I ran out the door and hopped in the car.
            "Girls, Here we Go!"

In History Class

       "Come on in and sit down. And turn to page 80." Mr. Donald said
       I sit down next to the girls and look down on open my book and I hear Mr. Donald say, " Looks who's back. Justin raising to the top again."
       I insteadly look up at him and he's looking at me straight in my eyes. I didn't know what to do but look back down at my book.

            "Girl, he's giving you the eye." E says.

         "Yeah, but we're done and over with. That's chapter is closed and never opening again. I promised." I said trying not to look over at him.

          " Girl, don't make promises that you can't keep." E adds.

          "Hmmm. Ladies is there something you need to tell the class." Mr. Donald said clearing his throat.

        "No. Not at all. The floor is yours." I said and I heard little chuckles and laughs all over the room.

     And all Mr. Donald had to say was, " Alright page 80, people."

       And you know what happens this whole class period. Everyone gets bored out of their minds. And either go to sleep or stare around the room.
      And that is what we were doing. Justin was mainly looking my way each time I turned my head that I really tried to figure out what he's thinking. But of course I'm not going to stare back just to figure it out, so I would never find out what's in that head of his.

Bell Rings

         "Read pages 100-130 and be ready to explain the building and start of  Mystic Falls." Mr. Donald yelled over everyone else.
         The girls and I started walking outside for lunch, until someone taps me. And guess who it is.

          " Justin, hey."

          " Hey, can we talk?" Justin says

           "Yeah", and I turn to the girls to tell them to go ahead.

            "Tiana, I wanted to talk to you about what happened at the hospital. I heard you. I heard everything. And I'm sorry for everything I put you through. And I think it's for the best for us to just let this go." Justin said. He looked so soft and really genuine.

         "Yeah, that's cool. I'm glad that your better." I said.

          "Thxs, See you around."

          "Ya, see you around."

    And that was that and we went our separate ways. A relationship that started in first grade as friends to boy friend and girlfriend the start of highschool is now over like that. It kinda made me sad for a second.

Walking Towards to the Girls

        "So, what was that about?" Zharia asks.

        " Nothing, just another chapter closed in my life." I said as I sit down.
       " But are we set for after school?" I ask

      "Yeah, we're going to get Zharia stuff first then yours. And then we are out." Earionna says.

      "Girl, you look nervous." Zharia said looking at me.

      " Yeah. Yall know my dad. His vamp senses can get us caught." I explained.

        "Yeah, but we wouldn't." Earionna said.

       And as we planned. E drove to Zhee's place first and then to mine. And we got our stuff and left town. Everything went as planned. We got to the airport ready to board and everything. We're all excited. We get to our seats on the plane and we're all sitting next to each other. The plan went so smooth that it felt like something wrong was suppose to happen, but luckily it didn't.

       "This is the flight attendant speaking. Non-stop for New Orleans. Non-stop for New Orleans."

        "There's no turning back girls. We're headed to the best girls night ever." I say

        And we shout, "Girls Night!"
