The night was dark.
A warm breeze invades my face, moving away my tears. As always loneliness makes me company. I tried to silence my thoughts and focus on the beauty of the night. The full moon shone in the sky accompanied by thousands of stars. A line of houses runs along the long road, which silently conveys a warm and friendly feeling with the different cores that dyed it. Beside me, a vast field with little flowers, which float among the gentle wind, caught my attention. A strong and sudden attraction draws me across the field. I turned to the road, hoping that something would prevent me from exploring the darkness of the night. However, all that I obtained was the brief hum from the wind.
Without thinking more, I crossed the field, searching for the magnetic mystery that prevented me, at that moment, from returning home. A few minutes later, the darkness invaded me. I felt lost, I couldn't see anything at all. The moon had disappeared, taking with it, the little light that remained. As much as I tried, I couldn't see the way back, no trace of the row of houses I had seen earlier. Nothing.
A suddent squeeze in my heart caused tears in my eyes. I felt panicked, not knowing where I was or what to do. I felt like my legs gave in from nervousness and my body fell sharply against the floor. Tears were flowing freely down my face, I don't know if they were damaged by the situation or by everything that I kept inside of me. Taking me away from my detours, a deep, soft voice in the darkness.
"What is a beautiful girl like you doing in a place like this, all alone ??" I held my breath, thinking that maybe he wouldn't see me in the darkness. However, a small white light appeared, dazzling my eyes. The light was so close that all the darkness around me was gone. I tried to open my eyes to be able to see where that light came from and who that voice belonged to. Gradually, the light was reduced, to the point of being able to distinguish a figure. When my vision adapted, a blond boy with a charming smile was in front of me. His beauty was so pure that all my worries disappeared! I was charmed by his smile.
Automatically, a smile formed on my face. My hand accepted his when he elegantly reached out to help me.
The moment our hands touched, everything changed. The darkness around us faded. The environment changed and the climate tension seemed to reduce. I felt safe, as if we had entered a completely different dimension with a single touch. My eyes focused on his face, enjoying every detail. Until, something in my head, called me to reality. I was lost, in the middle of a dark field, holding hands with a complete stranger. What's wrong with me? I forced myself to look around. The darkness had been replaced by a purple light with pink shades. It looked like I was unconscious. Oh my god, what if I am unconscious ??
"Calm down" -said the mysterious man with a kind smile, realizing my panic. Something about that smile attracted me, but I managed to hold on.
"What's going on? Where am I ?? Who are you ??" I said, taking a step back. Nothing made sense at that moment.
"You're very curious, aren't you? - he sighs and looks at me with a thoughtful look. - "How do i explain this..." - he starts walking from side to side. - "Well... first of all my name is Changkyun. I'm your DarkLighter. I've been trying to contact you for days but you seem so mentally far away that you haven't noticed. Anyways .."
"Wait ... Are you my what ?? Is this for real? Or did I fall and hit my head somewhere ??" - I interrupted, completely lost in what should be my explanation.
"Did you hit your head? Why didn't you say it right away? That can be serious. Are you feeling okay? Do you let me see?"- He approached quickly, filled with concern. I know this is not the right moment, but my heart was filled with empathy for this simple act, forcing me to be more sympathetic to him.
"No, no ... I'm fine. Just a little confused. Can you explain what I'm doing here, Changkyun?" He nodded and indicated a place for me to sit, which I only noticed it was there at the moment he indicated. Was that already there? This all seemed unreal to me. However, I obeyed and sat in front of him.
