The Secrets Of Mizuki, Rai

In the country of Leviana, is where we start this tale. Of a woman who helps people with no fail. A girl that somewhat wears a veil. We start with a girl named Rai Mizuki at the 200th Leviana royal ball.

As Rai flaps her pink fan, enjoying the soft music and delicious appetizers she was interrupted by a girl that bumped into her. "My, my" she states, her fan still covering her face "Who do we have here?" there was silence between them for a few seconds. As they intensely stared at each other, a woman from a distance yells "EMIKO! EMIKO WHERE ARE YOU?"
The girl turns around and waves her hand. The woman sees her and says "Emiko! I was so worried. Where have you been? And.. Who is this" she points at Rai concerned. The girl named emiko shrugs. The woman talks to Rai angrily."what do you want from my daughter?!"Rai replies, "Why, you don'tneed to be ever so hostile. I was only having aconversation with her!" she closes her fan and points it at her "Maybe YOU should teach her manners madam. She didn'teven reply to me" she says calmly. "You must've heard of stranger danger have you not?" the woman states. Rai doesn't speak for a few moments and spoke once more.

"We might've been on the wrong foot miss. Let me start over if I may" she says with a smile. The woman nods in agreement. "My name is Rai Mizuki" she curtsies. "My name is Kisho Etsu and this is my daughter Emiko etsu" as they both curtsy as well.
Rai:well mrs.-
*Kisho interrupts*
Kisho:just miss.. I'm divorced.
Rai:well..miss Kisho. Not that I'm assuming but is your daughter handicapped?
Kisho:sadly, yes.
Rai:i give you my condolences. Although, if I may... I want to know what kind of handicap she is.
Kisho: she's....mute
Rai:is it...trauma by any chance?
Kisho:Yes, but why do you keep asking questions?
Rai: you must've heard of me I am THE Mizuki, Rai. If not I wish to-
*Emiko looks very exited, but Kisho interrupts again*
Kisho: I was afraid you'd ask. But i refuse. I am not certain that you'll keep my baby safe!

Emiko groans and starts tapping the table " -... ..- -  -- --- --!"
Kisho:no! You are not going anywhere!
Rai: its okay if she doesn't join me. But can we at least exchange contacts?
Kisho: fine.

Rai and Emiko give each other papers. As the party went to a close they said they're goodbyes and left.
