Chapter 7

Chapter seven
Bella's pov

Esme and I arrive at to school. We walk to the classroom and notice a girl standing there. She smiles at me and says "I'm Milly what's your name?" I shyly smile back and say. " I'm Bella are you new?" Milly laughs and says "yes do you want to be my friend?" I smile and scream "YES." We walk to my seat in the back and sit. When the bell rings and kids come in they all stop and stare when they see Milly sitting next to me. Esme calls class to order then she has Milly walk to the front and introduce herself then we start on the lesson. The PE bell rang and Milly and I played kickball . She had to explain it to me because I have never played before. I finally have a friend to play with no more sitting under the tree. Milly and I played until the bell rang to go back inside. We all sat back down and waited for Esme to pass out the work but she passed out snacks instead. All the kids cheered and talked to there friends. I finally have someone to talk to I have my first friend at ten how sad is that. I run up to the front of the room and ask Esme if Milly can stay the night. Esme smiles brightly and says "yes but we have to check with her parents first." I race back to my seat and ask Milly if she wants to spend the night she says "sure but I have to ask my mom and dad. I have a huge smile on my face for the rest of class. When the bell rings I lead Milly to our car because she rides the bus but were going to ask her mom and dad if she can stay over. I see Edward standing by the car and I run to him. He grabs me up into a hug and asks " whose your friend?" I smile and say "this is Milly." She smiles shyly Edward is very handsome and can make anyone speechless. We're driving to Milly's house when she says to turn I notice it's my old street my heartbeat quickens I see Edward look at me in the mirror I mouth " I'm fine" we pull up to her house which is right next to my old one and she hops out. Her mom opens the door and walks out with Milly tugging on her hand. Esme greets her and asks if Milly could stay. Her mom says " yes and that it's great that Milly has a friend. I can't take my eyes off of my old house so many horrible memories but I can't dwell on them it'll all be over in three days when I have to testify at dad's trial. Milly gets back in the car and we head to my house.
