I think that Christianity and my struggles
clash quite a bit
Christianity is all about forgiveness and love
and yet
sometimes I'm way too hard on myself and I find it hard to love others
God is all about love
and yet
sometimes I feel like I don't deserve it
but that's the whole point
Jesus died so we can have the chance
to be with God
even though we are sinful by nature
not because we deserve God and His love
He has given us the option of heaven or hell
and we all must choose
even though hell is such a dismal reality
we still have the choice and
I'm glad I've chosen what I have
