Lilly Zola Harper's camp story began at Oak Springs, where she spent every summer of her childhood developing true love and passion for overnight camp. Lilly knew from an early age that camping was going to play a significant part in her life even after her camper days were over.

Upon graduating from Oakleaf Academy and pursuing Human Physiology, Lilly was eager to return to her roots and asked her parents to give her a chance to handle Soul Camp, Oakleaf Academy's subsidiary. Sera Bloomfield, Lilly's older cousin and Headmistress of Oakleaf Academy, played a big role in her career's journey as she admired Sera's pragmatic and methodical personality.
However, as much as Lilly admired her cousin, comparing the two of them resulted in their family. To Lilly, she goes along with her principles while Sera act per rules and laws.
Working at Soul Camp, Lilly is at her fourth year as a Camp Director which provided her with a unique directorial perspective, allowing her to draw on both her day and overnight camp backgrounds.
