I still remember till this day after more than 20 years. I still remember everything. The screaming, face expressions on my friends faces, blood even the smell of it and seeing few of my dearest friends die next to me. It was something that I will never forget.

You know a lot about my past. I told you a lot of stuff. About our group that we were always together and exploring stuff. But there was not always just exploring that we did and before everything started to fell apart something else happened that I never thought that actually could happened to me.

A year before we did the Ouija Board at the cemetery something else happened to me. I thought after that many years I will be able to forget but I still can't. There wasn't always only 10 of us. I never told you that. We had four more that lost their lives before all went down. You are probably asking yourself, how right?

Let me tell you how it happened. It's going to be hard for me and even for you but I need to honor them too. There was a usual day in my hometown and it was a weekday that means we had school that day. Me and Amy had two more girls that we adored actually. They were twins Alissa and Tessa same age as us and we were schoolmates which was amazing. We were sitting together in almost every single class.

Caleb and Jake had two more friends too. I mean we all did hung out and all but they were more like manly group you know. They were the trouble makers in our class but we were such good friends. Those two guys were actually brothers their names were Sam and Jason. They were the cutest. Just thinking about them makes me smile and giggle. Without them out classes would be boring. They always made us lough when we were sad.

That day I never expected to actually see four of my best friends at the time die. It was after lunch when we returned back to our class. We had two more lessons left I think, when everything started. I can still remember that we had history, we were talking about The Civilian War in America. When we heard gunshots. The teacher miss Holder told us to get back to the class and hide behind stuff and that we had to be quiet. She locked the doors and before she could move away from the door that shooter was standing in front of our classroom. He was watching her through that little window that was on the door. He didn't even hesitate he shoot her right in front of us. She didn't die because he shot her in her arm but she was injured pretty bad. I still remember how the glass shattered through the floor in front of her.

He kept trying to open the door but he couldn't. But he already had broken through the window so he started shooting my classmates through the window. I was trying to crawl behind one of my class mates that he already shot. I fell down with him because all I was thinking about is that I have to get home and stay alive. I played dead with one of my classmates. Four more shots were fired and the shooter went away. I looked around and saw that Jason was in front of me. That class mate in front of me was him and he was literally shot in front of me. I started panicking and looking around where are others. Amy, Jake and Caleb were alright but Alissa was shot and she was losing so much blood. Jake took his shirt of and secured her wound but she passed away at the scene. Tessa was shot to, she was shot before Alissa jumped in front of her to safe her. Sam got shot in the head and died immediately. After around 10 minutes that felt like hours the police finally came. We ran outside as fast as we could. I called my mum and told her what happened while I was still shaking and crying because I just saw my friends get killed. Tessa was taken to hospital but she had internal bleeding and died on the table during surgery.

Later we heard that the shooter was actually one of the older students that got expelled because of the drug use and selling drugs on the school property. That day I lost so many good memories with four of my dearest friends at the time. We were just kids back then. We shouldn't go through that at such young age.

Today is actually the day they were killed many years ago. I still miss them and still visit their graves and tell them about stuff. After that we became different, we were all so nervous all the time. Even now that I think that my kids are in school, I get panic attacks.

About this story: it was inspired by 2 real school shootings that happened. You all know Columbine and Parkland. I am currently really into crime in USA and this story and shooting that happened in real life just fascinates me how can someone be that cruel. In honor of lost lives, I decided to write this chapter and dedicate it to all the lives that were taken and to all the families. Rest in peace students and teachers.
