Snow's P.O.V.

(Ghost)

I woke up with a yawn, stretching my jaws before shutting them with an audible snap which caused Ghost to wake from her slumber with a start.
"Wow, where are we?" she questioned her voice laced with wonder and excitement.
"This is my personal nest, I like to come up here and look at the stars, it's a great view too," I murmured with a grin as I surveyed the ground before us.
For miles upon miles there were trees covered with the snow that was lightly falling at the moment; you could see the other mountians farther out.

"It's like seeing the entire world," Ghost breathed with wide eyes as she attempted to capture everything in her mind.
"Yea, let's go chase down some breakfast," I said as I turned and leaped down from the top of the tree.
Crawling along the branches Ghost slowly followed me until she jumped into a snow drift which very nearly went up to her nose.
"Hmm it snowed last night," I murmured as I plucked her up and set her down on firmer ground before turning and scenting out some prey to calm our rumbling bellies.

I spotted a flash of white before Ghost took off after the rabbit, I followed after her but decided to let her chase the rabbit; only keeping close to keep and eye on her. Suddenly the rabbit disappeared in the middle of the feild and Ghost ran straight into a white metal cage that blended in with the white world around us.
"Ghost!" I roared and leaped forward to save her when a cage fell down over me as the cage in front of Ghost's cage shut with an audible clock.
"Ghost!" I screamed as a metal flooring came under me and I was lifted away from her.

I screamed for her until my throat was raw, the black flying thing took me away from her until I couldn't even hear her cries; even with my sensitive hearing. Screaming in anger I circled around the edges of the cage, not caring the way it swayed gently side to side and surveyed my surroundings. We were approaching a silver very large box that had openings on the sides in little squeares where I could see No Furs. The black flying thing approached the top of the silver box and set me down on it, I growled and swiped at the No Furs who reached for me.

"She's a feisty one," one of them murmured causing me to shake my head in confusion.
'How can I understand them,' I thought as I stalked back and forth keeping a close eye on the No Furs.
"Yep shes the one, along with the wolf, they are perfect," someone said who was looking at me in a way that made me want to claw his eyes out.
He was looking at me like I was some prized toy that he could play with, I roared at them and slid my claws out and scraped them against the bottom of the cage.

Making a screeching sound causing the other No Furs to wince and cover their ears, but He just scowled and glared down at me.
He turned and walked away from me.
"Take her to where the wolf is," he ordered which made the No Furs life me to a metal plate which moved where they pulled.
They moved me into a room where a dark grey wolf was in another crate, growling angrily at the No Furs. The wolf perked up when I was rolled in and I watched it curiously, it had pale gold eyes which were unusual for a wolf but I couldn't really say anything.

My eyes were an ice blue, so pale that they were almost consisdered silver, which wasn't normal compared to snow leopard by a longshot.
"The wolf can run up to 177 kilometers which is 120 kilometers faster then the fastest wolf," one of the No Furs exclaimed, wonder coating his voice.
"Lets try out the snow leopard," they said as a prinpick hit my side and all I remembered was black until I woke up on a flexible grey thing with metal bars in front of me.
I was attached to the side to where I wasn't able to get off even if I tried.

It started moving which made me start on a slow jog, soon it was beginning to get faster and faster until I was running at a break neck speed. I was running faster then I had been when evading the caribou herd which was faster then my others. Soon it began to be too fast but surprisingly I kept up with ease, only a bit of resistance, I was running to where my paws were a blur of black and white beneath me. Suddenly I tripped and instead of pain I was met with a stopped machine, left panting on the grey flexible pad.

I was pricked again and woke up back in the metal cage where the wolf was watching me with curiosity.
"The leopard can run as fast as 200 kilometers, 94 kilometers faster than the fastest cat in the world," a No Fur exclaimed.
"Let's feed the animals and then try them for their endurance," one of them exclaimed causing the others to grumble but complied.
They gave me a dead rabbit, looking a little green as I tore into the carcass, once I was done I glared at them and curled up in the corner but did not sleep.

"After we test for jumping height and length and endurance and strength we can give them the injection," I heard one of them whisper but flicked my ear as I watched them with my head against my paws.
The wolfs cage was right next to mine, it curled up on the opposite side but for some reason I felt no irritation that a wolf was even near me. In fact I felt comforted by its prescence.
'Wonder what her name is,' I thought as I let my eyes drift shut and sleep close over me.
