Chapter 24- All The Bright Stars Live In The Darkness

After a lot of time we decided to take a walk in the woods.
"Do U want my hoodie Faith?" He said.
"No, thanks." I lied, I wanted his hoodie so bad, I wanted to smell his cologne and I wanted to be carried away by his soul.
"OK, take my hand I'm going to show u around." He said while I felt my cheeks turning red.
The wind passed through our wet clothes. I felt in another universe, I felt happy.
"I really like it here!" I said.
"I know, I always feel like I'm in Heaven." Mike said.
"Do U want to come back to my place?" He said.
"Yeah, we could spent some time together." I said.
"OK, let's go." He said while he held his hand in mine.

After 10 minutes
We finally came back in his place, we decided to seat on the couch and watch Netflix and Anime movies until midnight.

A lot of hours later
"Faith, thanks for coming." Mike said.
"U're welcome, if u need me I'm here." I said.
"Thanks Faith. Tomorrow we're going to come back home. Ok?" Mike said.
"Even if I'm going to miss this place we need to come back." I said.
"We could watch the stars? Do u remember when we first met each other?" He said.
"I will love to and of course I remember when we first met. U were frustrating." I said and we both started laughing.
"C'mon, let's go." He held his hand in mine.
We decided to take a blanket and a lamp.

We finally arrived next to the lake, the weather was cold but with Mike next to me I felt warmer.
"Here, take my blanket." Mike said.
"No, I'm fine. I just want to relax and watch the stars." I said.
"Thanks Faith." Mike said.
"For what?" I said.
"For being with me. I never met a girl like u... Just thanks for letting me get out of my shell."He said.
" U deserve it. "I said.
We started cuddling and kissing at the same time, I just loved him.
"The stars are so peaceful, right?" Mike said.
"Yeah, they seem like flowers who are about to bloom." I said.
"Yeah, they're just a masterpiece." Mike said.
"That star seems kinda blur." I said.
"I know and for that I love it. It's like the life, everything is just blur and blind." Mike said.
"I know, everything is just blur." I said.
"Maybe this is just a dream Faith and we're both going to wake up in a few hours." Mike said.
"If u're just a dream than my brain has a beautiful imagination." I said.
"We should do a promise to each other. U see that tree over there? We need to write our initials." Mike said.
"I love this idea." I said.
He passed me a knife and we both wrote our initials on the tree.

"At least our dream is going to be romantic." Mike said.
"Stop it." I said and we both started laughing.
"Let's swim in the lake." Mike said.
"Are u serious? It's 1 am!"I said.
" So, is that a problem? C'mon I wanna live my life Faith. "He said.
" OK but just for a few minutes. "I said.
" Perfect!" Mike said and he picked me up and he threw me into the lake.
" Are u kidding me Mike? My clothes are wet and I'm freezing! "I said.
" OK, I'm coming. "Mike said.
In that moment we looked deep in our eyes and then we kissed each other.
We were kissing each other underneath the bright stars. Because everyone says that all the bright stars live in the darkness.
