It was fun hanging out with Kami. He's like the little brother I never have. Kai's fun to be with too but he's all sitting in the pool lounge chair reading book. For half a day I forgot why I was with them. I just enjoyed the moment. Now we're on our way back to the hotel room. And I should probably get back too.

"Would you like to stay in our room?"

Napahinto ako sa pagpapatuyo ng buhok ko sa alok si Kai gamit ang tuwalya. Buhat niya si Kai na aantok-antok na para maintindihan kung ano'ng pinag-uusapan namin. "I don't think that's a good idea."

"What about another room for you?"

"No, that's not the case."

"Then what is?"

"You've been kind a bunch just hanging out with me. I don't want to invade your privacy."

"You're worry about that?"

"Why shouldn't I?"

"What if I say I don't mind you invading my privacy? Will that make you consider? Besides, you look like you don't really want to go back."

"Of course not."

"Don't lie to me."

"I'm not." Is it all over my face?

"You are."

"If you can prove me lying, then I'll consider staying."

"It doesn't matter if you stay or not. You're lying. You don't want to go back."

I didn't retort no matter how much pissed I am. I need to go back, on contrary I don't want to. Yet I can't tell him that.

"You know I could pretty much tell since earlier that you don't feel so good. Did you two fight?" When he saw my face he took it back. "Nevermind. You can leave whenever you want."

Pumasok na silang magkapatid habang ako nagdalawang-isip pa sa labas. Kapag pumasok ako, ibig sabihin mag-s-stay ako. Kapag naman hindi, aalis ako nang walang-wala. Kung puwede ko lang ibenta iyong pitaka ko para magkaroon ng pamasahe gagawin ko. Tapos na-realize ko iyong demontres na pitaka ko nasa loob ng kuwarto.

Argh! Bahala na! Pumasok na nga ako. Ini-lock ko ang pinto bago sumunod sa salas.

"I'll ask female clothes downstairs," kaswal na sabi ni Kai. Expected na yata niya ang desisyon ko.

"S-sorry for barging in your vacation."

He didn't reply to that. "I'll be back." Pagkatapos niyon, lumabas uli siya. Bababa talaga siya ng naka-swimming attire? Sabagay, ang guwapo niya para alalahanin pa ng ibang tao ang suot niya.

Pumasok ako sa kuwarto nilang magkapatid. Mahimbing na ang tulog ni Kami pero hindi pa ito nagpapalit ng tuyong damit. Minabuti ko nang palitan siya. Baka magkapulmonya ang batang iyon ako pa masisi.

Saglit lang nawala si Kai. Nakapabalik din agad siya ng may dalang paper bag. Iniabot niya sa'kin iyon. "Here. A female employee who knew your face at the pool area gathered these for you."

"T-thank you." Tinanggap ko ang inaalok niya. Sinilip ko ang laman. Nag-init magkabila kong pisngi dahil nakaibabaw pa iyong isang pares ng pulang underwear.

"Ah..."

"I didn't look inside."

"Ah--I'm going to change." Lakad-takbo kong tinungo iyong banyo.

Kai didn't exactly expect to see Judy at the park. Of course he knew she was in America but not there. He's basically gonna ignore her until Kami ran towards her direction. But the turn of events doesn't really mind him. Judy's with him. That's what is important.

He check on Kamina, surprised, his brother is on his pajamas already, sleeping safe and sound. "Did she change him?" he talk to himself.

He took one extra pillow and blanket from the bottom drawers. He was tidying up the couch in tge living room when Judy came out the bath with a blue rose floral summer dress. His eyes locked on to her.

"I need your help."

"What?" He got back to his senses, pretending to check the pillow's density.

"Can you touch me?"

He froze. Like a high school boy caught reading porn magazines. Does she know what the hell that sounds like?

She approached him, not even putting proper distance between acquaintances. She's too close he could smell the same body wash he used yesterday. He probably should be careful. "Kai, just feel me. If there's something unusual tell me."

The hell is she speaking of? It's not like he even touched her before so what does she mean by that?! What the fuck is Valence teaching this girl?

He calm himself down from the inside. He should just try not to offend her.

"Please?"

How can he refuse a girl begging? "What do I have to do?"

She took his hand and placed it above her stomach. She wanted him to feel her there? What's going on with her? Save the questions for later. He just followed her instructions.

"You feel anything?" she sound very worried about something.

"What exactly do you want me to feel? You got some internal organ disease? Appendicitis?"

"No." Her voice broke. So he look at her eye to eye. She's on verge of crying. "If I'm pregnant I think Val won't going to like it."

"It?" His brows furrowed. He gently let go of her stomach.

The poor girl tried her best fo wipe off the tears from her now pinkish cheeks. "Sorry. I'm not myself right now--"

He caught her wrists to stop her. It's red from crying, now it's more red from all the rubbing. "You. Tell me exactly what's wrong."

He managed to get Judy confess the problem. After that he comforted her and fell asleep to his suppose couch bed for the night. He heave out a sigh. What the hell is wrong with Valence? It's impossible for that bastard to get rid of it. In fact, it'll be his assurance to tie Judy to himself... forever.

He went into bath to think. Should he tell Valence his fiancée is with him? Or should he take this opportunity to take her away? She's vulnerable right now. He could easily win without shedding blood.
