Jadymars Pov :

"WHHHYYY??!! NOOOO!!!"

My best friend shouted while hugging me tightly to the point I couldn't breathe well. She was crying because she got a low grade in one of her exams. She always studied so hard and prepared herself for every exam, but I don't know how she got that grade.

I was in a hostel, studying at university. Me and angelica had become best friends in our first year here. She was so nice and friendly. She got black beautiful hair, that I always dreamed of and brown eyes that suited her face. She was about 4,5 feet tall, I won't argue she was pretty. She likes reading books and calm music.
while I liked crazy things and loud music, I was telling her jokes alot to make her smile and happy.
I was about 5.0 tall and I got brown hair with hazel brown eyes, Angelica always said that I got a beautiful and warm smile that will make everyone happy around me.

but when we first met she didn't talk so much and only answered my questions nervously, she was a shy type. It was a bit difficult until she opened up to me, and start to talk comfortably around me.
Our rooms were right next to each other. We spent our time here while we were studying at university. Whenever one of us was in a problem or was bored, we were heading to each other's room and solve the problem together.
And that's why this morning angelica came to my room and started telling me about how hard she worked for that exam, but she didn't get the grade she wanted. Then she started crying.

"JAAADDYYY!!!" She shouted again making my ears ring, I was sure the entire building had heard that.
I sigh and caressed her back slightly trying to calm her down a bit.

"Angelica its alright, you can do better in another test," I told her as she released me and whipped away her tears. I really couldn't get it, why is she crying for a mark ?? It's not a big deal, I usually forget it or don't care about it, if I get bad results.
But she was blaming herself for it.

"F-fine..." she stuttered, still sobbing. I knew she will cry again so I thought of a way to make her forget it.

"How about we go and eat something?" I said and smiled to her, she raised her head up and nodded, I grabbed her hand and stood up quickly.

"Come on, don't waste any more time" I pulled her up and we walked out of my room. We climbed down the stairs and went out of the building.
I dragged her along myself to the city, where markets and restaurants were all open

"Hey let's go to that restaurant," I said and dragged angelica with myself.

"Whoah, whoah hold on, I'm coming" she laughed as she followed me behind.

***Time skip***

"Ouch, my stomach hurts," I said and huffed, angelica laughed at my reactions.
We ate so much pizza and talked about a lot of things. It was fun but I shouldn't have eaten all that food.

The sky starts to get dark a bit, I think it was about 7:30 pm now, so we should go back to the hostel and study for tomorrow.

"Angelica I think it's better for us to go back," I said and looked at her.

"Yeah, I think so to-" she suddenly stopped talking and looked at her left.

"Umm, what is it??" I asked confused a bit. I looked at where she was looking and it was a toy store.

"Can we go and take a look??" She said and smiled at me

"But its lat-" she cut me off

"It will be quick... besides I may buy another doll"
