Its good to be back. That was my first thoughts. I've been living in New York for almost 2 years. Suddenly my dad asked me to visit home. Which is here in Philippines.

The warm air seem to bring me back to reality. I saw a familiar face waving towards me. Shouting my full name to be exact."Nicole Anne Reyes!!!!" I quickly recognized it. It was no other than my teenhood bff. Allyza Claire she was my total opposite. Her most striking feature is her pink pouty full lips and curves. Including her blonde silky hair.  She was wearing make-up. As I reach her, she squealed and took me for a tight embrace. I felt warm under her big fat arms. HAHAHA. Just kiddin'. After the hug I smiled at her and said" You look a lot different now. I missed you so much!!" She gives me one of those cocky grin and says "Well I missed myselft too. JOKE. You look a lot prettier too you know." Alyza winks at me and started taking my bags. Yep, she fetched me here in the airport. God! I remember her face when I told her I'd be back for 5 months. She was HAPPY, SO HAPPY to be exact. We walked a few meters to get her car. I was silent for a while. I didn't know where to start, what to tell her. I know she was pissed as hell, because we did not talk much. I was super busy with work. At first I regret going there in the first place. But I knew that eventually everything will be in place. The last thing that I want to happen was me and her getting awkward. So I said "So... How's Alec?" Yep. I was asking how her little brother was. We're 4 years older than him though. But I didn't know how to start the conversation. Alyza.shrugged and replied "He's doing great. Exercise and diet suited him."

On the way to my condo in Pasig was a blurr. It took us almost 3 hours to be here. I guess after asking about Alec, she continued the conversation. The next thing I knew was we were talking about my latest ex. We got out of her car and she started talking again.

"Who's that jerk that broke up with you?" Alyza asked irritatedly. I shrugged at her and said "Me and Mac dated for 8 months. But I found out he was cheating. I didn't hesitate and I dumped him." I said without any emotions. "Well does he look good? What does he do? Tell me more about the things you did when you were in NY." She said happily. "Well I was busy running my business for a year. Then that's when I met Mac. He was great, but then again he's a jerk." I said smiling at her. Alyza smiled warmly at me and said. "I also have many things to say to you. So lets go go go. Hurry up walking."
