Misunderstood is a strong word.... however what effect does it give us as a reader. As a reader it gives the effect that your not understand clearly enough and everyone get misunderstood, adults, children, teenagers, literally everyone and anyone but why? One issue I have encountered about being misunderstood is well girl problems......yes it can be a weird subject. However there is a fine line between girls and boys however boys misunderstand girls a lot, for example when girls go through a normal thing like their period boys will take the mick and say stuff like " you can tell your on" and "she's on her monthly" that stuff doesn't seem like much, but it still gets to us even if we don't show it but when I was in school and on my period I was terrified to change my pad to go toilet to do anything, I stopped playing sports and even stopped eating because I thought that effected the pains and how much blood was there. I know it sounds gross and it can be but after I went on the pill and it was meant to stop my periods I couldn't take the pain anymore it got to the point I was collapsing, anyway it made them a lot worst and some girls struggle more then others and it isn't easy also don't forget giving birth and carrying the baby for 9 months girls and our bodies go through a lot, but men who misunderstand what we have to go through and the pain that comes with being a girl can be misleading. More things a girl had to do to be accepted is shave their legs, armpits, sometimes even their arms (not me) we need to do our hair and it's a fuss haha but little comments about natural things for a girl to go through, it hurts and effects our self esteem so please think carefully we have feelings to.
