Chapter 1

You know the saying wrong place wrong time well yeah I'm currently living in it . I'm standing here in a dark alley behind a club and scared shitless because there is a guy standing before me with a gun pointed at my head . But before I continue the crazy life threatening position I'm in let me introduce myself .

So my name is Raven Knight and yes ironically my hair is wavy midnight black , that ends just at the top of my waist and I have these shocking electric blue eyes . I have a decent amount of curves that fit me nicely and I don't believe it but yes some may say I have a bit of an attitude but I think if you piss me off of course I'm gonna have an attitude but that's besides the point . What oh yeah I'm also an orphan whoppie (note the sarcasm).

Yeah, at the age of 9 my  parents and I got in a car accident sadly I was the only survivor. My aunt refused to take me in if she didn't have access to the money and property my parents left in their will for me, so the gold-digging bitch put me in foster care. I stayed there until I hit the age of thirteen and then ran away, they had too many rules and I'm the kind of girl who likes her freedom.

Ever since I ran away, I've been on my own for the past three years yes, I'm currently sixteen and still wondering the streets looking like a crazy crackhead because I'm dressed in an oversized raggedy T-shirt with stains on it and don't ask where those stains came from because I wouldn't know. Oh, and I'm also wearing some grey sweats with bleach stains. So basically, I'm wearing clothes I stole from some other homeless person. If you think I'm a horrible person for stealing from the homeless well screw you I'm homeless too.

But you know I did try for a job it's just I wasn't really presentable to get it so I just do what I can to survive stay low and live life, but I don't mind I like my freedom. Oh, I almost lost track of the bigger picture here which is what I know you're wondering how the f***k did my dumbass end up being held at gun point. So here it is:

I went to the club to steal some food and also some clothes that looked decent enough from the hookers and some of the strippers and then I ran to the back of the club in the alley where I have a nice little bed made out of cardboard box, that I made this morning when I found this spot. So, you know I'm chilling and eating you know, which is normal until I see some guy got thrown out the back door of the club and a group of guys dressed in suits came out after him.

You know in that moment the smartest decision would have been to you know try to sneak away but I just love drama. So, the guy who I'm guessing is the leader said something in what I'm guessing was Italian and then the guy on the floor cursed at him and then Italian guy shot him in the face twice. So, then I heard a loud scream and then the bad guys looked my way and that's when I realized the scream came from me and well that's how I'm in this life-threatening position with a gun at my head.

" look I mean no harm I promise I won't say anything . So I will just take my stuff and go and we can pretend nothing happened " I say to the guy holding the gun at me . He looked at his friends and then you know what the bastard did he laughed he actually laughed in my face.

I frowned and was getting ready to curse him out when some guy came out the club and walked over to us. He had dark brown hair and amazing forest green eyes, and he was wearing a suit, but you can tell he was fit. He also looked around maybe his early thirties or maybe mid well whatever it is he looks great for his age.

He walked over and said, " what's going on here " the guy with gun said, "hey boss we caught this mongrel eavesdropping when we took care of Guerrero ".

And the guy who I know now as boss said," well why haven't you gotten rid of her yet Toni". Oh, so the dumb ass with gun name is Toni. Then I realized what their stupid boss just said so I gave him the dirtiest look. And then Toni had the nerve to say, "well I was about to then you came out ".

Boss then says," you idiot she could be a spy, or something get rid of her ". I find it rude how they are just talking about me like I'm not right here. " ugh ,you dipshits do know that "she" has a name right and it's Raven thank you very much.

I said as I started to gather my things and walk of bored by this whole situation. Then as I got up "boss "grabbed my arm and yanked me towards him. " And where do you think you're going ". I'm going away from here I'm no longer entertained. (Okay I know that may have been the dumbest response given the situation but i could give zero fs). I say to him, and he tilts his head to the side and smiled and not the nice smile either it was more chilling and scarier, and he then said, " No you're not you're coming with me. "

I'm sorry did I hear him right " like he'll I am let me the f***k go you stupid A**hole "Toni then said I thought we were gonna kill her. He then looked at Toni and said," well you took too long I change my mind she is coming with us get the car out front and someone get rid of this body". Then He dragged me with him disregarding my protests against going with him.
