Chapter 85

When Kaia woke up the next morning she found herself encased in Zayn's arms. She snuggled closer and kissed his chest. "Good morning," she said.

 "Morning, beautiful," He said. "Want me to make breakfast?"

"How about we make it together?" She suggested and snuggled closer to him.

 "How about you wake the children and get them ready while I make breakfast for my queen," He said kissing her head. "Enjoy the children, let me do all the work."

 She felt herself blush at his endearment. "Alright," She said and got up. She pulled on a pair of leggings and turned back to kiss him. "I'm meeting Marian at 11:30 today."

"Good, because she needs to be told about your situation. Hopefully not go on tour with Styles.  I will be in the kitchen cooking for my family."

 Kaia smiled as they left the bedroom. She went to the nursery and found Karim jumping in his crib and she shook her head at him. "I think my love it's time to graduate you to a big boy bed." She picked him out of the crib and changed him and got him dressed for the day. They left the nursery and she went down to the twin's room. She opened the door and saw they were still sleeping. "Come on you two. Papa is making breakfast," she said and heard their groans. "No complaining." She smirked.

 "Five more minutes," Ahmir yawned. 

"Beauty sleep," Destiny added.

"Up!" Kaia said. 

"Up!" Karim repeated. 

She set Karim down. "Go get them," she smirked and couldn't help but laugh as he ran over to Ahmir first and began to jump on his bed.

"Okay, okay," Ahmir said rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. "Go get the princess Karim."

 "No..save me from the monster bab,y" Destiny giggled hiding under her blankets

 Karim dashed over to his sister's bed and jumped on her bed as well. Soon they were all laughing and giggling. 

"Time to get up you two and mummy will tell you what the doctor said."

 "Are you going to be okay mummy?" Ahmir asked going for his robe. 

"Tell us, mummy, please," Destiny added.

Kaia moved to sit down on Ahmir's bed. The twins moved close to her and Karim lifted up his arms. 

"Up!" He demanded. 

She picked him up. "Yes, my babies. I'm going to be okay," she said. "I...I don't have cancer."

"Oh, mummy!" Destiny beamed hugging her tightly. "I'm so happy!"

"So you won't be leaving us, you will be okay?" Ahmir blinked back his tears. Still trying to come to grips with this revelation.

Kaia nodded as she engulfed all three of her children into her arms. "No, Farishta, I'm not leaving you," she said as her eyes welled with tears. "I'm going to be alright. But I am going to have a small operation soon."

 "I don't want you to die, mummy. I love you too much," Ahmir wept into his mother. 

"Can we come to the operation, mummy?" Destiny asked.

She continued to hold them close. "Farishta, I promise I'm not going to die," she said and then looked at Destiny. "We'll have to talk about it," she said. "I have a spot in my head that's right here," she said and pointed to the back of her neck under her hair. "All of those headaches mummy has. The really bad ones. This spot was making me have them and if the doctor takes it out, I won't have them anymore."
