Caging her baby hands in his big ones and checking the blindfold over her eyes, he led her to somewhere she was very well aware of. Their little lawn which was converted into a cute little garden, with almost all the flowers that she loves. And She still remembered that how Maaz had surprised her with this on her last birthday. Her first birthday which she celebrated without her family. At that time, she was totally unaware of the fact that the one with whom she had celebrated her birthday will one day conquer a part of her heart, which she herself never realized, actually exists. A part that was required to be kept sacred for someone special and now that someone special has her whole heart. Her Maaz. She came out of the bubble of her thoughts when he left her hand and a cool breeze replaced the warmth of his hand.

Maaz... Where are you? Can I remove the blindfold.

Hmm. I mean ye..s. Yes you can.

Is he nervous? But why? Oh come on Eesha. Why would he be nervous. Stop over thinking. At least for now. Plz... huh

She calmed herself down.

She was already so overwhelmed and speechless for every little thing that he had done for her to make this day beautiful and worth remembering. But the moment she removed her blindfold and witnessed the most heart touching gesture from him. She couldn't control herself and a lone tear rolled down her left cheek. He was right there, in front of her, down on a bent knee, with a ring in his hand and behind him was a beautiful scenery portraying the levelled green grass as a paper and petals of rose as ink saying

At the very moment she wanted to call her nano and his nano and thank these gorgeous ladies for choosing them for each other. She wanted to call her parents, especially her mother, and thank them for all the brain washing they did so she could say yes to the first and only proposal she got. She realized that she must have done a very good deed, that Allah had blessed her with him.

Maaz, on seeing that lone tear, immediately stood up and cupped her face. And in a single flow, he started saying

Eesha...! What happened? why are you crying? I am sorry, I didn't have any intention to hurt you. It's okay if you don't......
(Ahh... that sincerity in his voice)

She didn't let him complete whatever he was saying by placing her lips on his to stop him and to be very honest she didn't regret a bit of it. After all, he deserved this and a much more (ehm ehm). He was numb for a second because this was his practice and she was initiating it for the very first time . But the next moment, his senses clicked and he brought her closer, pressing her whole body against his. It was neither a passionate one nor a small peck. This kiss was of sincerity and surety that they belong to each other till eternity. He loosened his hold around her when both of them were out of breath. She could easily sense that smile of contentment on his face even with her eyes lowered. She was also sure that the bright red tint would have invaded her cheeks making it very clear that she was blushing. He took her hand and slipped the ring on her slender finger and kissed it adding a bonus to her already red cheeks. He asked

Is that a yes?

She smiled shyly and nodded in approval.
