chpt. 12

Since my graduation, everything has been lightweight. With me knowing what college I will be attending it gave me time to think on what I wanted to do, and how I wanted to arrange things.

Today was just a regular day, me and Sarayah are headed to the mall to get some clothes, there's a party tonight to celebrate our graduation. I pulled into the parking lot, and shut my car off, Sarayah had already texted me and told me she was here and to meet her in Victoria Secret.

I walked up to her to see she had a handfull of stuff. "What do you need all of that for?"
"It's a sale, and plus I haven't been in a while, so why not. I laughed
"okay if you say so, I'm gonna head over to Bath and Body, when your done just head over" she shook her head and continued doing what she was doing.

I walked over to Bath and Body Works, not wasting time to grab a bag, I knew I had to stock up on perfume and body wash. I grabbed a bag full, alongside some shower loafers. Once I was done I walked up to the counter.

I'll be right with you, one sec" this guy said, who seems to be stacking boxes. My assumptions were now valid that he worked here, considering there's barely any people in here everytime that I come in here.

While I waited for him, I went through my messages, making sure I didn't miss amything important. "Okay, sorry for the wait"
"your fine" he smiled.
"Okay, is this all your getting?". I looked up from my phone.
"it's a handfull, but yes"he laughed.

"Your just like my sister, this is the first place she comes when she gets paid" he sat the items in the bag.
"I don't blame her" he rung up the items and I swiped my card.

As I waited on my receipt, Sarayah came up behind me.
"Are you done?"
"Yea I just have to get my bags".
"Here's your reciept and your bags, thanks for coming, come again" he handed me my bags.

"Trust me she will" Sarayah said.

We both walked away from the counter, we had to get in and out, all I needed was some jeans, so I went to American Eagle.
"So are you ready for this party tonight?" Sarayah asked.
"I'm not even gonna lie to you, the only reason I'm going is because I'm officially out of school, and on top of that because  y'all are going".

"I guess u can say that" she laughed
"ouu this is cute" she showed me a lace up shirt.
"I have something like that, but it ties up in the back"
"oh is that what your wearing tonight?" she asked
" yea I just need some jeans, I think I want some ripped jeans".

We continued to look around, I had finally found some ripped jeans, Sarayah ended up getting the shirt. We payed for our stuff, and left the building. I put my bags on my backseat and closed the door. "I'm gonna stop by the house, and I'm gonna get ready at your house".

"Okay, thats fine"
" alright see you later then, bye" I opened the door to my car and got inside, before I could start the car, I got a FaceTime call from Jullian. I accepted the call and started the car.

~headed home, what you doing?~
~I'm at the shop getting a cut~
~I thought you already got an hair cut~
~I did, but that was 2 weeks ago, my hair start frizzing up in about a week, just like y'all get touch ups for y'all wigs I need a touch up on my hair line and my frizzed up hair~ he laughed
~look I'm gonna connect you to my car, so if you hear yourself echoing that's why, I'm not trying to wreck looking at you".

While my phone was connected to Bluetooth, I set my phone up on the stand.
~you didn't have to answer my call~ he said. I laughed as I pulled out of the parking space.
~Jay you know you will blow up my phone, but okay next time I'll just let it ring, your words,not mine~
~bae you know I'm just playing, you do that and you and me gone have some problems~
~mhm whatever, I'm headed to the house to get ready, Sarayah is on her way over, so I was thinking we could all just meet up at my house~
~we could do that, just text me when y'all ready and me and Bryce could meet y'all there~
~alright well I'll text u later~
~alright~ he hung up.
