The three Spellman cousins were watching a black and white horror movie on their nearly antique television screen. Ambrose offered Sabrina some bacon, but the latter declined it. "Eww, no. After what I saw at the Church of Night yesterday, I am fasting. Maybe for the rest of my life, but definitely until later tonight," she says. Her brown eyes quickly glance over her cousin Amatis, who simply shrugs her shoulders. "Don't blame me for acting on tradition. It was a gruesome turn of events, yes, but if Mildred was happy to be sacrificed.. then so be it."

She crosses her arms before her chest, but the witch feels a little restless. She had honestly thought that, after all that had happened, she would have been visited by the Dark Lord. Heaven, at least some form of sign towards her like he has been doing the past three years whenever he were impatient to get her alone or, in the end, when she denied him constantly. Instead, she received nothing. Amatis should have been glad to be finally left alone and try to focus on keeping him away from her.. but for some reason she did not. Sometimes, she thinks to herself, I wonder what is wrong with me.

Sabrina was making her homework for Baxter High while telling her plans for that evening to go to the movies with her boyfriend. Ambrose then turns to his other cousin and asks what her big plans are. "Hm, nothing planned really, though I will be hanging out with Felix and some of his guy friends around midnight. We have some homework for conjuring.. and Mordred has tequila stored in his room." The male Spellman grins and high fives with his cousin. "Sweet, smuggle me some too. Soon Luke and I will be able to do the same." Amatis raises her eyebrows questioningly while Sabrina actually asks the question. "Fun, but how's that gonna work?" The brunette leans forward from the couch that she was laying on and stares at Ambrose. "That is what I am wondering as well, dear cousin."

Ambrose begins to explain, sounding happy. "Luke has a connection with the High Priest. He's offered to speak with Father Blackwood on my behalf to get my conviction overturned." The two cousins coo over how smitten he is when Zelda storms in, asking where Hilda is. "Mother's working at the bookstore, aunt Zelda," Amatis responds. Sabrina adds in to that. "Yeah, aunt Zee. Remember, it's Black Friday." Zelda storms past them towards another room and turns around, almost as if she was offended by her niece's words. "It most certainly is not." "She does not mean witches' Black Friday, aunt." Sabrina agrees and explains that it is the busiest shopping day of the year for mortals. Zelda continues to rant that is also their busiest time and that two new bodies were on their way when the phone rings.

Aunt Zelda picks up the phone and overhears the person on the other side of the phone. The woman puts the phone down and tells Sabrina that there had been an accident at the mines. Immediately the teen rushes to stand up and leave the house. She was obviously worried about the health of her boyfriend, who's family owns the mines. He was working a shift, who knows what might have happened to him there. Amatis sighs deeply. "Pray to Satan that the Kinkle boy is safe." The others mumble a quick prayer too and wait anxiously for any message from Sabrina.
