They tell us "we love your music it's so soul-full" —  its because our souls are use to crying out, begging for a chance, begging for freedom, for air, for life

I can't breath...

They tell us "we Love your braided hair it's so fierce" — we display it proudly because we must; a thick coarse curtain of family and solitude

 I can't breath...

They tell us "we love your curves" — we were given them to soften the blows of your insults and fists.

I can't breath.

I can't breath.

I can't breath...

- stand up

I can't breath...

- fight

I can't breath...

- remember

I can't breath...

- "No, the only tired I was, was tired of giving in"

I can't breath...

- "I had a dream"

I can't breath...

- "There is no better than adversity. Every defeat, every heartbreak, every loss, contains its own seed, its own lesson on how to improve your performance next time."

I can't breath...

I can't breath...

I can't breath...

I can't breath...

I can't breath...

I WILL NOT BE SILENCED.

Put your knees on my throat, shoot me, beat me, ridicule me.

I WILL NOT BE SILENCED.

WE WILL BREATH.

TODAY.

TOMORROW.

NEXT WEEK.

NEXT YEAR.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

"If you're not ready to die for it, put the word 'freedom' out of your vocabulary."
