CHAPTER 36

Brie's POV:

"I bet you don't know me well, Nick. If you continue doing that shit to my lady, Man. I will rip of your heads even if you're my best friend" he spoke English straightly as I've known that he is furiously angry at the guy besides me.

Minsan ko lang siya marinig na magsalita ng English at straight pa. And I'm pretty sure that Nick pisses him.

"Hahahahha... I know your kidding, Bro. Besides you can't do anything with me. I have your lady and pointing the gun to her. I can click this then bang... She will lie on the floor... Hahahahah... You can't control me nor ordered me. You are not my friend anymore. We are more like now an enemy" hindi ko mapigilang mapatitig sa mukha ni Nick. Not to mention that he has the looks but only Diego caught my heart. So I'm faithful to him.

I draw my gaze to him. He's looking intently to me so I just smile to him then mouthed 'I love you'. I know he's jealous.

Humigpit ang kapit sa akin ni Nick kaya hinawakan ko rin ng mahigpit ang kamay niya. Mas hinigpitan ko dahil dalawang kamay ko ang nakahawak samantalang isa lang kaniya dahil isa sa kamay nito ay ang nakahawak sa baril.

He feel the pain of my tight grip. I have also this long nails enough to shred off his hand skin.

"Bitawan mo ang kamay ko Brie. Bago kita iharass sa harap ng taong mahal mo" it triggers me and Diego is in move now. Blood drops so I punch his face and snatched his gun that is now aiming at his head.

He stilled and enough for me to slap his face really hard. I hate person like him.

Diego easily locked his hands at his own back then perform an head butt. Nick feeling the loss of conscious so he shrug his head and looked at us dangerously.

Diego punched him hard this time.

"That is for my girlfriend, you molested, you jerk" then punch again "This is for licking her, fuck you. No one should do that to her. Especially if I'm looking neither I don't" punch and punch again. "I really hate you, Nick. You are my best friend but you turn it down, man. Yet you've got some nerves to hit on my girlfriend" I only stop him when Nick's face is unrecognizable now.

"Stop it, babe. We need to go now I'm feeling weak" I convince him so he start to lift me. I know he's in deep pain also. "Babe, Thanks for saving me!" I warmingly smile at him so he smile back. I stilled as someone spoke up.

"Hahahahahah... Looks like luck is on your side. Well, very impressive from the Dames of the Prince, Brie Zamora. And the Noble, Diego Sacramento. I bet my grandson already spill my foolishness... Hahahahha" I felt the grip of Diego in my hands tight enough for me to realize that this man is really a tricky dangerous old man.

"What do you need?" I asked but as like his grandson reaction. He just laugh and laugh. I think it was really their initial reaction of having conversation.

"So tough, Brie huh! Pwede na ba akong matakot? Hahahaha. I think it a no... Well, I just came here for this" I easily prepare myself as he draw the gun that is pointing to Diego. Before the bullet hit him. I catch it and  someone aim at him.

At last, may kwenta na rin ako. I though I'm forever worthless. I heard many footstep running.

I remain my conscious if ever they are also an enemy. I felt drain and heavy. I stilled as a drop of liquid landed on my face.

I saw that it was him. Diego is crying. I frown and open my mouth, I felt my throat dry yet I forced to still ask him.

"Babe, why are you cryin-ng?" My voice crack to the last sentence but I remain smiling at him. I'm also scared but I compose myself to not let him notice it.
"Hey, I'm asking? Diego!" I warn him as he don't speaking and still crying. It broke my heart to see him like this.

After he calm his self, he force a smile though he knows that I hate it. I just didn't protest and look at him.

I want sleep but I'm afraid to never woke up. Death is my greatest fear now. Back then, Death was nothing for me until they make me realize how precious life is. Until I set my eyes to him.

The one I truly love. My life and my everything now, Diego. You are the greatest moment in my life.

"Hey, stop crying. I'm ok-okay!" I spilled blood. He start to hysterical. I can't even move my body now. I'm completely numb.

"Shit, Prince. Help us. Damn, Brie. Don't worry babe. We will deliver you to the nearest hospital. Damn, Prince. James. Gabrielle" he keeps shouting. I just smile after I heard him saying the name of his girl before. I can't divert my paced to him.

After some shouting, footstep is directly at our space.

"Shit!"

"Damn!"

"Brie!"

It was just some of cuss of people that surrounds me. I recognize them. They were the people who'se behind this. Why are they... Before I could finish the sentence in my mind someone call me.

"Brie. Shit! I'm sorry. We didn't catch the time. I'm sorry!" I smiled at Prime and also to James and Gabrielle who's now bowed their heads.

"Hahaha... Don't say th-that. I know you all do your best. I'm happy that you all are here. I'm happy to see you all until my last breath... Ha- haha" I really want to sleep but I want to see Diego. He didn't look at me. I bet I was in a really worst condition.

"Hey, Prime. Where's Diego?" Before he answer me, the one I'm looking appears with a stretcher together with the medical team.

'I think I'm badly hurt' I can't help myself to laugh as the blood keeps flowing to my mouth.

I looked at them as the medical them carefully lift me up. All of them is sad and pitied me.
