Part One Chapter One ~The Pain~

Hey this is Anny! I am sorry for all of the grammar mistakes I will try to fix them but I'm not perfect. Any way just in case any of you get confused I will put a name in bold and that is the persons perspective it is coming from. Yeah!

I looked over at Jake his wavy brown hair flopped over one of his deep blue eyes. I began to smile at him, I knew that something was wrong I just haven't found out what it was. Jake looked back over at me, he started to mumble something to me but I couldn't understand what he was saying.
"I have to go..." Jake mumbled under his breath. He started after the door rather quickly, and then left. I didn't know what to do, he had been acting weird all Christmas break.
I started to fix my messy bun that was coming out as I stood up and went over to the window of my room. One of my little prices of my hair had fallen out that I kept having to put it back into place. I moved my silver curtain back, and watched Jake get into his car and leave. When he got into his car a price of paper fell out. I stared to walk out of my dorm room when my phone started to ring. I took my phone out of my back pocket it was Lora. "Hello" I said.
"Hey!! Ok so can you come over we like need to hang out!" Lora said very energetically.
"Umm yeah just give me a second my car needs to warm up." I went back into my dorm and grabbed my keys off of my desk. I tiptoed out of my dorm trying not to wake up Cei Cei, my room mate. I opened the back door, I went over to the price of paper that Jake had left. It was a card that had "To: Jake From: Samantha" on the back of it. Large white snow flakes were starting to cover the card. I put the card in my pocket and quickly ran to my car. When I got inside I flipped on my sweatshirt. The inside of it was fuzzy and warm. I had snow flakes stuck on my eyelashes.
After the car warmed up I drove to Lora's house. I started to climb up her tree, which was frosted over and snowed on. I was sitting on one of the less sturdier branches, when there was a sudden snap. The branch that I was sitting on had broken in half, and I found my self hanging onto one of the upper branches. I flipped my leg up onto the nearest branch. To catch my self. I climbed up higher on the tree and then jumped on her roof. Her window was open and she was hand motioning me to hurry. I jumped in her room through her window.
"Are you ok?" She said in between laughs.
"Yeah I'm fine."
"Ok so you know how I was telling you about the really cute guy that I ran into at the coffee shop?" Lora said pushing her dark brown hair out of her face. "Yeah well he called me like 10 minutes ago, and he thinks I'm cute! I was so exited!! Now me and him have a date tomorrow!" She was babbling on and on about this Brandon guy. I stared to zone out and think about the card that I found. I quickly pulled it out of my pocket, and tore it open. "What's that?" Lora stopped herself.
"Jake was over at my house before you called me and when he left this card fell out of his car." I said as I opened the card. It read:
"Merry Christmas I love you baby I am so happy you chose me xoxo! ~Sam"
I couldn't believe it. The guy I had been dating for a year and a half now was dating some one else. The guy who had captured my heart had hurt me like this. Why? Why would he do this to me... Why would he cheat on me?
"What does it say?" Lora started to ask me as she took the card out of my hands. After she read it her jaw dropped and her blue eyes got really big! "OH My!" I could feel my eyes well up with tears so I quickly blinked them away, so that Lora wouldn't notice.
I didn't know what to do. I had never be hurt like this. Ok maybe I'm just assuming I need more information before this continues.
