Zoe's POV:
The week past by slow again as it did before I met Alfie. I hadn't talked to him much since the collab though, only a few 'hey' and 'how are you doing' every once in a while. I missed him but I was glad I was getting out of the house again. I was off to see Jim and Tan it was the day I told them I would visit, and I was excited because I wanted to make even more collabs because they proved to be rather fun. The only one's I had down before Alfie were with Joe, and Louise and they were fun but I had done so many it was nice to have a change.
The drive wasn't too long, I had driven farther when I lived out in the middle of nowhere. Jim and Tan's house was nice it wasn't too extravagant. I walked up to the door and knocked, it was quite intimidating. Tan opened the door and engulfed me in a hug.
"Zo! Oh how I missed you so, you should have your very own show!" she sang.
Jim just stood behind her looking at her with pure love in his eyes as she laughed at her own song I found it very funny, so I chuckled as she practically pranced around the room.
"So Zo, I was thinking we could bake since that's the only thing I'm good at besides makeup"
Jim walked up behind her and hugged her waist "Well now that's not true Tan."
It was cute but seeing them made me remember how alone I was yet again I silently cursed Jim. I pictured Alfie doing that to me.
"Oh and Zo, I really enjoyed your collab with Alfie I think he fancies you quite a bit." Tan says.
I just cocked my head to the side,
"You really think so?"
"I mean well yea didn't you see how he kept looking at you!!" Tan exclaimed.
I did notice he looked at me a lot but it didn't seem to be anything new I mean he looked at Marcus a lot when they collabed as well. I looked over at Jim, I mean he was a guy he would know,
"What do you think Jim?"
"I mean every guy is different but there sure was something there. I can always ask you know."
I blushed thinking of Jim asking like my father would, he was already acting like someone in my family.
"It's fine Jim thanks for offering though."
"LET'S BAKE CUPCAKES!!" Tan skipped her way into the kitchen me tagging along and Jim bringing up the rear.
After we had filmed a video for both me and Tan's channel we decided why not make one for Jim's as well and that is what we did, I basically sat there and just put input it. It was different from my normal videos but fun just the same. We all had grown in subscribers quite bit. Youtube was becoming bigger and bigger and so was the comment section. I almost hardly read the comments since plenty of it was simply spam, but for once I sat down and read through them. The top comment on the collab I did with Alfie was,
"He definitely likes her look at how he looks at her."
It had over 300 thumbs up. I couldn't stop smiling maybe Tan and Jim were onto something.
-Four Hours Later-
I had an awful good time with Tan and Jim and they even offered to let me stay but I refused. I truly didn't want to overstay my welcome. I was getting ready for my drive back when Alfie texted:
'Skype tonight? :)'
I felt giddy inside, I texted before driving,
'On the road, in an hour? :)x'
'See you then!'
I drove home as fast as I could, and believe me I wasn't the best driver so it was quite scary. I ran up taking the stairs two at a time and looked at myself in the mirror I had to presentable.
My phone began ringing!
I wasn't ready. I scrambled to make myself look halfway decent and took the call. His screen flashed on and butterflies filled my stomach, I whispered 'I like you' To that Alfie said
"What'd you say little one?"
I then realized I said it out loud, oh nothing, I was simply humming kiss you to myself since you had gotten it stuck in my head from ages ago and with that he smiled. God I really did want to kiss him just then.
