She stuck by Rantaro in his quest to find them up until they got roped into the 52nd Killing Game, which they both survived. Unlike Rantaro who had his ultimate talent wiped away around the time of KH Pearl kept her talent for a reason that is unknown ☝︎Backstory☝︎ ☟︎︎︎Personality/Actions☟︎︎︎ [Personality:] Asides from being very mysterious like her brother Pearl is the complete opposite of him. She's more outgoing with people and is quite the spunky and feisty little ball of energy. She's also loyal, go-getter, shy at times, very sensitive, adventurous and have her moments where she's sarcastic [Basic/Normal/Standard:] Pearl is pretty normal for the most part [Seeing murder:] Pearl would begin to hyperventilate and pace around not dealing with blood and gore very well while also be shocked that someone got killed. There are also moments where she would deny the fact that someone actually died or even going as far as head over to the body if she's really close to someone. For instance when her twin brother was murdered, she went over to his body in tears and was in denial by saying that it's just a sick prank, but after the body discovery announcement it hits her like a reality check and she ends up fainting [Seeing crush:] Pearl gets really nervous and shy around her crush, constantly pushing her index fingers together and almost always blushing while trying to keep calm and collected [When tired:] Pearl would yawn and rub her eyes when she gets tired. She would also act more childlike when she's tired as well (for instance wanting someone to carry her into her room so she can get in bed) [When stressed:] Pearl would fidget in her spot and bite at her nails in a stressful manner while mumbling jibberish to herself....if stress knitting was out of the question [When nervous:] Pearl would try to pretend that she's not nervous and lie that she wasn't if confronted...but her finger fiddling and stuttering would give it away [When afraid:] Pearl would sing to herself to calm herself down constantly fiddling in her hair and shaking in fear ☝︎Personality/Actions☝︎ ☟︎︎︎Ideal Execution/Murder scene☟︎︎︎ [Execution:] Execution name: Pearl Amami's Bad Hair Day Pearl is sat in front of a vanity mirror with a very messy head of hair, where she tries to tend to it but nothing seemed to work until Monokuma, dressed as a beauty guru, offers her a golden comb claiming that it takes care of all tangles. Pearl is then seen using it until she suddenly goes limp in the beauty salon chair she was sitting in the comb falling out of her hand, implying that the comb was poisoned (this was inspired by the original Snow White story where the Evil Queen attempted to kill her with the poison comb but failed since the poison wasn't strong enough...and this execution was probably very bad I'm sorry-) [Murder:] After a while Pearl was starting to crack under the pressure of the entire situation she was in as well as still grieving for her brother. Soon it wasn't long until Pearl couldn't take it anymore, she wanted to leave but didn't want to resort to killing, so instead she leaves her research notes on everything since she decided to take on her brother's mission to figure out his ultimate talent once he died as well as a note apologizing for everything taped to her door so everyone, especially Shuichi, can find it. Pearl died in her research lab: she mixed in poison and bleach into the cup of tea she took into her lab and drank it entirely causing her to throw up blood before falling to the ground dead.
