He was human once,he loved a human.They were ready to engage.It was all good untill he woke up in the middle of the night and saw a vampire draining every drip of blood his love.He couldn't watch it,so he jumped through the window.He was confused when he came back to life.The truth is,before he jumped,he drank a glass of vine that had vampire blood in it.He turned him and killed his love for revenge.His grandfather killed his entire family.
That's his backstory,since 1432,he was hiding,not accepting his nature.That really is him,Nate Martin.
