New is a film student at a university in South Korea, he'll be graduating this month already and has just finished all his requirements.
Gun Attaphan is his bestfriend whom he met in the same faculty during their first year orientation. He moved to South Korea from America, though he's pure Thai he'd never been in Thailand since his parents both settled in America after getting married.
Gun: New, you're not really going home after our graduation?
New: Of course, I am. I can't stay at school 24/7 right?
Gun: I mean home! In Thailand! Not home here in your condo.
New: Oh. I don't know yet.
Gun: Since you came here, you haven't gone home even once. Not on your birthday, your family's birthday or any occassion.
New: Because I'm busy, I have job and studies.
Gun: We both know that you could quit the job to free up your time and you won't go bankrupt but you chose to be busy. You're family's not asking why you don't go home?
New: They understand, besides they can go here if they want to see me.
Gun: Yes they could go here but you would always find reasons for them not to stay longer than 2 days! You're brother even had a trip here twice for the past 4 yrs and you didn't bother to see him even for a minute!
New: Guuuun. Stop it. You're so noisy. You can't even go back to America too so stop now.
New smirked at that and Gun just rolled his eyes on him.
They would always bicker about it but Gun will eventually give up because he knows he can't do anything to change his bestfriend's mind about going home to Thailand. Though Gun's very curious of New's real reason he can't really push his bestfriend to the limit since they've promised each other not to touch their lives before they met. Sure they can ask personal things but not the real reasons on why did they moved here.

Mom: Newwiee we're going there for your graduation!
Mild: We already booked the plane tickets. You can't stop us anymore.
New: I won't stop you guys, it's a good thing that you'll come so I won't look like a lost child in the graduation. As long as Jumpol is not coming lol!
Off: Oiii! I'm your Phi and you call me Jumpol. Don't worry I'm not coming, I'm too busy with shooting!
[Graduation day: Off sent a picture of bouquet as congrats to New and Mild sent their selfie to tease Off.]
After New and Gun's graduation, Mild and New's mom only stayed overnight 'cause they have to go back to Thailand the next day.
New found a job a month after their graduation as an assistant director to an upcoming korean series. Though he's a fresh graduate, the company hired him because of his previous works as a student, they have atleast 5 short films that he directed as requirements for their subjects in the faculty of film and all of them got the highest marks from their instructors. The films are also uploaded in youtube and has thousands of views already, New and Gun also worked for it to have Thai and English subtitles so that they could gain more viewers for their films.

New: I'm going home..
Gun: What? Dude, you're already home aren't you? I just dropped you off!
New: Yes. I mean.. going home. Thailand. But not now.
Gun: WHAT??? WHEN?! ARE U SICK? WAIT I'LL GO BACK TO YOUR CONDO NOW!
New: I'm fine! You're overreacting Gun!
Gun: I'm not!! Dude, you say everyday that you have no plans of going back to Thailand and now out of nowhere you're saying you'll go home!
New: Tss.. it's my brother's birthday next month and mine too. Want to go with me? You're Thai but you've never been there!
Gun: Wait. You're really serious? I can come with you?? Of course I want to! When are we leaving huh? How long are we gonna stay there? Do you have car there? You can drive and tour me everyday?
New: Now wait wait wait. Why are you so excited huh? I'm still thinking. But maybe we can book our flight on the second week?
Gun: Okay I'll look it up now.
They booked their tickets to Thailand on the second week of January. New doesn't also know why he suddenly decided to go back after years of declining his own family's request to come home.
All he knows is that he's safe already, safe from his own feelings.. or that was just what he thought 'cause when he saw Tay in his brother's birthday celebration his heart started beating like crazy, just like the old times or is it possible that's it's even harder now, while Tay was just there joking and laughing with everyone, totally unaware of his effect to someone watching him.
