Chapter 4: Homecoming dance part 1

Adam and Allison arrive at her school, which reminds Allison of a big, beautiful, castle. They walk to the front doors and proceed to enter. Allison is extremely nervous, for she does not want a breathalyzer in front of her date. Luckily, her ticket isn't one to be called. They begin to walk toward the gym, and the librarian stops them. She then proceeds to hand Allison a t-shirt, and tells her that she shouldn't have worn strapless. Allison, clearly upset and almost beginning to cry, puts the t-shirt on. Adam try's to cheer her up. "it's cute!! It looks really cute!!" Says Adam. Allison begins to cheer up as Adam and her walk into the gym. "Do you want to wear my suit jacket?" Asks Adam "No I'm okay, thanks" Allison giggles.

Adam and Allison begin dancing and having fun. They go to get their picture taken and Allison removes her t-shirt. After the picture is taken, Adam takes her shirt and refuses to give it back. They return to the gym and Allison seems much happier not having to cover up her beautiful dress. At one point in the dancing Adam links fingers with Allison and they begin to dance together. After the dance, Adam puts his arm around Allison's waist and leads her out of the gym.
