Jace x Alec

Alec had been missing for almost two weeks. At least that's how it was in everyone else's eyes. In Alec eyes he ran away. Ever since he broke up with Magnus his feelings for Jace had come back. It has gotten so bad that he couldn't even be around the blonde for only a couple minutes. Alec knew he couldn't hide for ever because that wouldn't get rid of his feelings. They would always be there one way or another. So Alec decided to go back and face his problems. When he walked into the institute he stopped in his tracks when he saw Izzy, Clary, Jace, and Simon in the Ops room.

"Alec!" Izzy yelled once she saw her brother.

She rushed out of the Ops room and tackled him with a hug. Alec wrapped his arms around his younger sister and rested his head on top of hers.

"Where have you been?!" Izzy asked as she pulled away from Alec.

"A lot of places." He answered as the others made their way out of the Ops room.

"Alec you're back." Clary said.

Alec just kinda smiled at the redhead as she approached him. He was shocked when Clary have him a hug but gladly returned.

"What happened? Where'd you go? You went missing for four weeks. " Simon asked him.

Alec was about to answer but then he saw Jace. He knew that right then and there he would admit everything he was feeling towards his Parabatai.

"You know what." Alec said stepping back. "I think I'm just gonna head up to my room. I'm really tired."

Before anyone else could say anything Alec was already gone. Now Alec say on the edge of his bed contemplating on what to do. He jumped when there was a sudden knock on his door. Alec sighed as he stood up and walked to the door. When he opened it Jace stood there with his arms crossed.

"I know what your gonna say." Alec started.

"Where were you?" Jace asked as he walked into the room. "You went missing without a clue left behind. You just disappeared."

Alec closed the door and turned to his Parabatai.

"I didn't go missing I ran away." Alec answered.

"Why would you run away?" Jace asked.

"Because after Magnus and I broke up old feelings for you started coming back and it got to the point to where I couldn't even be around you and I thought that running away would make them go away but I figured out that that's not gonna happen so that's why I came back and now that I'm telling you this I am really regretting coming back because were Parabatai's, obviously this can never happen and even if it could you don't love me like that you love me like a brother-."

To stop Alec's rambling Jace quickly approached his Parabatai and grabbed him by the neck, crashing their lips together. Alec, shocked by this action, stumbled back a little but thankfully kept his balance. He snaked one of his arms around Jace's waist as he deepened the kiss. Alec had always craved this. Craved to know the feeling of what it was like to taste Jace's lips. And now that he has, he feels complete.

When Jace pulled back all Alec could ask was, "Why'd you do that."

"You know sometimes you're to busy running away from your problems that you forget to hear the other side of it." Jace explained as he kept his hands intertwined around the back of Alec's neck.

"I'm still lost." Alec said as he kept his arm around Jace's waist.

"You really are clueless aren't you?" Jace said.

"I love you too. In more than a brotherly way."

Alec was shocked once again when those words came out of Jace's mouth. Instead of replying Alec leaned down and pressed his lips to Jace's who gladly returned the gesture. Out of nowhere Jace slipped his tongue into Alec's mouth who didn't mind it at all. With every second that went by the make out got more heated. So heated that the boys travelled from the door to the bed. Neither of them really knew what they were doing but they both knew that they wanted whatever was too come next.

When Alec awakened in he morning, he found his Parabatai sleeping almost naked under his arm. Alec sighed and removed his arm from Jace's waist. He laid his head on the pillow and just stared at the ceiling. Minutes later he felt Jace shift beside him. He looked to his right to see that Jace had flipped over to face him and was now awake.

"You okay?" Jace asked him.

"Yeah." Alec sighed.

Jace noticed Alec's worry and was now concerned. He scooted over and laid his head on Alec's shoulder. Alec then wrapped his arm around Jace's shoulder.

"Do you regret it?" Jace suddenly asked.

"What?" Alec questioned, looking down at his Parabatai.

Jace looked up at him and said, "Do you regret what happened last night?"

"No." Alec answered. "I'm just worried of what everyone with think. Especially my mom I mean she sees you as a son."

"We'll be okay." Jace assured him. "We always get through everything."

Alec gave a slight nod flipped on his side so him and Jace were facing each other. Jace suddenly let out a laugh.

"What?" Alec asked.

"I'm just thinking of how you ran away for two weeks just because of a crush." Jace said.

"Shut up." Alec replied.

Both boys chuckled and Alec pulled Jace into his chest.

Suddenly the door handle to the door started to move as a voice said, "Alec?"

"Thank God you locked the door." Jace whispered.

"Alec open this door." It was his mother.

Jace was about to move but Alec pulled him back down and whispered, "Maybe if we're quiet she'll go away."

"Alec I know you're in there Izzy told me you came back last night." His mother said as he kept trying to open the door.

To distract Alec from his mothers talking Jace leaned in and kissed him. As they slowly kissed each other they completely forgot about Maryse talking. When she left it was silent and the boys eventually fell asleep again. When Maryse couldn't get the door open she went downstairs and found Clary, Izzy, and Simon. When they assured her he was in his room the four of them all went up there. Izzy drew a rune on the door and unlocked it.

"Oh my literal God." Izzy said as she opened the door.

The other three were stunned as well as they saw Jace and Alec snuggled up together in each others arms, almost naked.

"Well on the bright side they're here." Simon said.

Maryse cranned her head to the left to look at the boy who immediately shut up.

"Lets just wait till they wake up." Izzy said shutting the door.
