I wasn't even sure if I really wanted a drink. My desire for one had died down, but since I told Draven he OWED me one, it was only right to take it.

"What are you looking to sip on?"

"What do you have?"

"Whatever you want."

Draven and I stared at each other for a minute.

Blue vs Blue.

Something about the way Draven said whatever I want sent chills down my spine. It meant nothing, but still..

"Anything soft? I'm driving." I said.

I needed to erase all weird and random thoughts of Draven.

I honestly just needed to get laid.

"Wine is as soft as it gets." Draven said.

I laughed. "Sure, I'll take that."

Draven winked at me and leaned up. He walked over to a cabinet that specifically isolated from the rest.

Draven pulled out a sleek, black bottle with gold writing.

"Is that Baldacci?" I asked. It wasn't the most expensive wine, but it was definitely out of my budget.

"Yea, my mom drinks this shit. It's good though, I can't lie about that." Draven pulled a wine glass from another cabinet and rinsed it out.

He poured me a moderate amount of wine and passed it to me.

"One glass of wine for the driver." I smiled and took the glass from him.

"Thank you sir." I laughed and Draven smirked.

"I've never seen you outside of class, or even the library." Draven said leaning against the counter.

One thing I noticed, is that he wasn't drinking.

"I've never even seen you in class, or the library."

Draven chuckled. "Ok, I'll give you that one. What are you even doing here? It's not your type of scene."

"How would you know what my type of scene is?" I asked.

Draven pulled out his lighter and flicked it, then he placed it back in his pocket.

"One thing for sure and two things for certain..you've never been to any of my parties. I would tend to remember a face like yours."

I rolled my eyes. Typical line.

"How many girls around here have heard that?"

"You're the only girl I've met with a unique face, so I guess that answers your question."

I felt my neck heat up and luckily the light in the kitchen was low so Draven wouldn't be able to see my blush tinted face.

"I came with my best friend. I wasn't in the mood to party but I promised her I'd mix and mingle." I took a sip of my wine and I instantly felt myself loosen up.

It's been a minute since I've had a drink of anything. Maybe this is what I needed.

"Oh yea? How's that going for you?" Draven asked. He pulled his lighter out again and flicked it. This time he didn't put it back.

Instead he pulled a blunt out his pocket and lit it up. I watched him inhale and exhale, and his body seem to loosen up as well.

It was graceful sight to see.

"Well...so far, you're the only person I've had a genuine conversation with."

Draven raised his brow and attempted to pass me the blunt.
