Chapter 8

I went to bed with a fluttering heart that night, I was still confused about how I could grow feelings for him like I haven't even known him for a full week. CONFUSED. Once I fell asleep i woke up after what felt like seconds later with the sun annoyingly bright. I got up and went to the bathroom and had a shower then got ready for school.

"Morning you maggots I'm forced to teach"

"Dad you get paid"

"Shut it Jax I didn't ask for your opinion"

"Is he always like this?" I asked

"Yea"

"Oof" he chuckled

"So for your class today we will be doing a training thing. Yesterday we did quirk test, the place you were in is the number of your case that has your hero costume grab it and change into it" everyone got up quickly excited to see there costume and I just stayed back and waited for it to clear up I looked out the window and saw a sand storm thing again. I put all my focus into it and watched it as it faded away

"Eden?"

"WHAT" I said startled punching a person in the stomach  "IM SO SORRY"

"Are you always punching people when you get scared" ace asked holding his stomach

"Noooooooooo"

"Right well Sorry you looked dead"

"Oh no it's fine" I looked back out the window and it was gone

"You sure you're ok"

"Yea sorry i punched you I'm good" I got up and grabbed my case and went to the change rooms and got into my costume. It was nice and had good place I could put my wings it fit. I strapped on the back that held the back of it on. I grabbed an little bottle looking thing and tilted my head then pressed the button on the top making a heavy metal bar appear and stab threw a locker.

"You good, what the hell?" Aspen said

"You know it's fine I just got to.." I pressed the button again and it turned back into a capsule like item "see, we don't have to say anything to Mr. Bakugou alright" she chuckled and walked away. Well then. I walked out of the change room and everyone looked at me

"Damn nice costume Eden" Ace said

"Thanks you to" his was a black body suit that with gold lining around it.

"Hey there" Aspen said. Her costume had her breast covered with a white top that looked like a crop top that went to her wrists, she had white leggings and it had green lining the edges, along with green gloves that had finger holes.

"Nice"

"Sup y'all" jax said putting his elbow on my shoulder. His Had baggy black joggers with red on the sides and boots that had really good grip. He had a fitted workout shirt that had sleeves that went to his wrists with a ring around the middle finger it was a v-neck that had red doing down his spine and red circles on him ribs that connected with reach other, He also had a brace around his jaw. Hot.

"Aspen That is really revealing"

"Chill brother, I kinda need it to be like this" Zade rolled his eyes. His had black pants, and a white t shirt and a black jacket that went to the end of his ribs. His gloves exposed his fingers and knuckles. He also had a mask.

"All right listen up, you will be working with a partner and doing this training, you will either be a hero or a villain. You will have 15 minutes to disarm the bomb by touching it. If the hero's touch it they win if they don't by the time the clock runs out the villains win. Understand?" Everyone nodded "ok Pick your stick and find your partner" I got mine and it was D so I started to look.

"Yo what did you get" Jax asked

"D"

"Well it seems like I've found my partner" I smiled with blush on my face. He seasoned to have something on his mind worrying

"You ok?"

"Yea I'm fine" he said with a smile I didn't believe him I'll ask him after class

"Hopefully you found your partner now a, c,e, are villains b,d,f you are hero's now A and B" we watched the first fight and it was entertaining to say the least Jasmine and Ace were the hero's,Nalla and Emily were villains. I know that Emily knows what she was doing she was the mom of the class. Nalla was good for stealth... then there was Jasmine who I'm sure didn't know what the Fuck she was doing, and Ace who seems to be thinking of a plan. I saw Emily making something and Nalla grabbing then placing them around I'm not sure what they were until Emily presses a button, making projections of them around the place, holograms. So every time they saw one they would freak out and use there quirks which made time go by and the villains won.

Nalla's costume was a green body suit that was fitted, the sleeves went to her elbows. Emily's was revealing. It was a blue fitted crop top and blue fitted short shorts, her boots were black and looked to have some kind of speaker on them.

Jasmine had her with yellow and black. It kinda looked like there was yellow tape around her body with a black base colour it almost went to her elbows.

Next was Zade and Noah vs me and Jax. We gave them time and started. Our plan was to avoid noah we needed our quirks and if he can get rid of it, it would be bad so I'm sure that they would put Zade on offence.

Noah's was completely black, his was a jacket and pants with boots. He had a hood and glasses that I think were night vision.

"They are both long rang fighters you know that right" Jax said

"Yes I'm aware, they both have equally strong quirks, I just wonder if Noah looks through a mirror could he do that to himself? We could experiment with it, also if we can get Noah to use his power on Zade that would help as well" I looked up and saw Jax looking at me "what"

"You're cute when you are focused"

"Stop flirting for once we are training" I blushed

"Fine, What if they put Noah on offence?"

"We sneak past him" he nodded our horn went off and jax went into the building and I circled around to find the bomb. Like I thought they left Noah on defence I flew back down and met back up with Jax "Noah is on defence and the bomb is on the fourth floor"

"Now we have to get past Zade" yea. "Alright split?"

"Let's go" we split up and I ran down a hall. I stopped when I heard walking. I look a feather and put in into a light flame and shot it. I heard a grunt letting me know I hit him

"That's a nice quirk you got there" the voice was raspy and seem to be a young adult. that was not Zade.
