Chapter 14

Tzumi's POV

I woke up and sat up but my head hurts, making me winced in pain and holding onto my head with my palms.

"You're awake. Here, drink this." Mohyun entered the room. Wait...

I looked around the room i'm in and i'm not in my own bedroom. 

"This is my house and you're in the guest room. I cooked this soup for you. Be careful, it's hot." He answered my question i have in mind. He sat down on a chair beside me and placed the tray on the bedside table carefully.

"What happened? How come i end up like this?" I asked, not remembering what happened to me last night, when we were at Ryan's house. Oh, wait. We were at his house.

"What about Ryan?" I added on, looking at him intently.

"Ryan put something in your water. You became bold, telling me that i'm handsome. Then, when Ryan asked if he's handsome, you said that i'm more handsome than him. You sure are bold. After that, you passed out." He explained, chuckling lightly, and i became embarrassed. 

"Here. Say ah~" He fed me the soup and i just let him fed me until the bowl became empty.

"What happened to the both of you? Did you 2 fight or something? I remembered i heard some shouting." I told him after he came back from washing the bowl and spoon.

"I was the one who shouted at him and i brought you here after i'm done with him." He said with a small smile.

"Where are your parents? Since we are in your house." I asked him, staring at his pale face.

"They went on a shopping date and probably eating date since you know, Mum Momo tends to eat a lot when she's outside." He answered me and i giggled, nodding my head.

"You want to go home or go work?" He asked curiously.

"I don't know. What if Ryan comes after me again?" I pouted and sighed, not knowing what to do.

"I will stay with you if you want to go work." He said and i looked at him, shaking my head.

"No, no. You don't need to do that for me." I told him, not wanting to be a burden.

"It's fine. I will stay with you and that's final. Don't try to argue." He said and pinched the bridge of my nose with a bright smile.

"Okay." I said and pouted as he laughed.

After awhile, i sat in Mohyun's car since i wanted to sit inside his car. He didn't mind it and drove me to the company.

"I shall be your bodyguard for the day." He spoke and i giggled as we made our way to my office.

"Ms Chou, i'm sorry for what i have done yesterday." Ryan came into my office with an apologetic look. Mohyun was staring at him like he wants to kill the older guy.

"You don't need to court me anymore." I told him and he looked at me.

"Does that mean you are going to -" 

"No. That's my answer. I'm not going to be your girlfriend." I said seriously, looking at him with a stern look.

"Now, please get out of my office and go back to work. I appreciate all of your acting to court me. Get out." I spoke but he remained standing there, froze, looking in disbelief.

Mohyun dragged him out of the office and closed the door in his face then turned to me. I ended up laughing because of how dumb Ryan looked with the door slammed right in front of his door. My best friend also laughed.
