Moku & The happy(?) place of the dead (Part 1)

So before this starts this has starts I am inspired by the book Let Her Go (An Origins Of Olympus Story) written by QweemCherinilla, as of the date I am writing this she has only posted the pro-log so I am making this.

Season 2 Austin's POV

After Colin had placed the conduit back on the heart, saving Moku and the Camp by extension, my brothers and I decided that we wanted more adventure. There was one problem we had already ventured into the most dangerous place in Polynesian Mythos, while we were thinking of places to go, Bri came in and just sort of stared at us, this is probably the first time she has seen us all in one place being quiet, She then asked "what's going on?", I decided to answer her as Seek had just bitten an apple (and his tongue) and Colin was drinking a smoothie.

In answer to her I pointed at the map we had spread on the sand, "We what and adventure but we have already explored the most of the Polynesian world, and now we nothing to exciting explore, so we are brainstorming places to go."

She looked at my brothers for confirmation to what I had just said, they both nodded Seek still crying from biting his tongue, She sighed " We just came from the Land of Monsters the most dangerous place in Polynesian Myths and now you three want to find something more dangerous? How are you still alive?" *sigh* "I guess if you guys really want to we could go to Hades."

We all stared at her for a second because that was a great idea, and we hadn't even considered it. After two minutes of complete and awkward silence, me and my brothers al jolted into motion, Colin ran up the stairs to get snacks, Seek ran around getting extra weapons, and I went up to my room to get the sunblock. (They get the stuff the Coco's carry it )

Why do we need sunblock you may ask well, two weeks ago Bri came to me and told me what she remembered of her past, of her memories of her boyfriend who shared a lot in common with me that she thought might be dead, of her with a guy named Michael and Ritchie talking about Hades, and some other I remember was her saying that I would like it because it was extremely hot down there. And that is why I am getting the sunscreen, I can handle it but Colin, Seek, Bri, and even the Coco's would probably burn up.

Once we had got everything we needed, we set out on a ship that we may or may not have stolen from camp. Bri had told us that the way into the underworld was is a city about thirty miles away seeing as this ship could go 30 miles per hour it wouldn't take that long.

Five hours, it took up two hours to get from Moku to the inner gates of Hades. For the first hour and a half all I could see was water in all directions it turns out the boat only goes at 30mph when there is a strong wind, which there wasn't, then once we got there we got lost in the city for two hours, the once we finally found the entrance we had to get past all the security and then Celebrus. At that point it was midnight and we hadn't slept in the past two days so we decided to camp out.

Seek, suggested the field nearby. Bri disagreed with this and said that even though she had forgotten the map she had a bad feeling about it. Me, I couldn't agree more with her I was also getting bad vibes from that place and I could swear that I heard screams once or twice while we were talking. Sadly seeing as all of us were too tired to find a different spot. We went over to the field and I immediately felt like throwing my rocks back up. It had barbed wire tangled in the trees bushes with many thorns and blood on the ground.

But as I said before we were too tired to look for another spot so we camped out in a wide clump of bushes that Seek, had cleared of thorns with his magic. We all tried to stay together to share our body heat close because it turns out only lower Hades (ie. Tartarus) is hot. It was hard to sleep in that place with the smell of blood and the only thing to here was screams, but one by one we pass out from exhaustion.

When I passed out Bri was the only one still awake, which I found rather odd doesn't she need beauty sleep? That was the last thought that was in my head before I passed out. Even though I was exhausted I didn't sleep that long. The main reason being the demon grandmother that was screaming in my face.

It turned out that we had been sleeping in the Field of punishment, and that while the Furys had been making their rounds they had picked out our sent. They were very interested in why four live demigods and three coconut monsters were in their part of Hades. We told them that we were looking for an adventure, but for some reason, they didn't believe us (I heard one mutter something like 'Pursues Jackson'. Suddenly they had all are weapons and staffs They then pushed us along a path, it got to the point I lost track of time and how far we walked, after a while we reached a door then opened it and entered.

And That is how we ended up in The Palace of The God of the DEAD.
