She was hoping for a calm night away from home, she was drifting across lake Biwa with some fish she caught in a bucket full of water. Looking across the huge lake she spotted her home, Nagahama...Honestly she's pretty deaf to whatever people say, her helicopter parents begging her not to leave because of the humongous storm rolling in, she didn't care! She was probably the bravest person in Nagahama! And she was proud of it, her legs covered in scratches, scars, and bruises.
The water started picking up, large waves surrounded her and now she started regretting disobeying her parents. One wave almost flipped her over.
"I'm scared" her mother smiling bravely "you can't become an xxx without the challenge" the young teen had tears welling up "b-but mom! Its a huge storm, what if it kills me?!" Her mother closed her eyes, she felt the same way when she was that age, "it won't trust me! You'll survive..." she waved at the sailor to send her and her brother on their way, it was family culture to sail straight into a huge storm, her mother did it, her grandma and grandpa did it! So it shouldn't be that bad, right?
"Y/N!!!" Her brother ran for her "You need to get the boat! Now!" She looked at him in complete fear "but what about you?!" He smiled with tears streaming down his face
"You don't need me, just..be like me..."
"Be brave"
