So, as I said in a previous author's note, I came up with this idea years ago. That said, I never really got into playing FNAF. Recently, however, I've really gotten into the story and lore behind the games. I've been watching almost nonstop Game/Film Theory episodes and binged MatPat's entire fnaf playlist to find something really interesting. Apparently people who don't know they're robots are cannon! I don't know about you guys, but I find that super cool! Also, there are mind control disks hidden throughout the story apparently, so I'm considering reworking my story to include those.
