Where it all began

Hi, you're here.

I am Athena, I wear white dress paired with beautiful sandals and a flower crown in my head.

Not a typical girl you see, I can fight for myself. I'm always admired by many, and girls in our town hates me.

I'm kinda lucky about my life.

But behind this strong personality and fame, there's one thing I am unlucky for.

Love.

I married this guy who tried to rape me and managed to make my Dad (Zeus) believe that he is nice.

(-welp, not really married-married because we faked our so called marriage because my Dad insists that it'll be better if we had it.)

For years I have been silent to save me from losing itself. In those years being with the guy whom I never imagined being with, little did I know that I have already fallen in love.

I know I'm not the only one he loves, because I know he's been seeing my cousin for years now.

Who knows? Maybe he doesn't love me anymore.

Sucks right?

Until one day...

"Why don't you give him just a little, JUST A LITTLE of your Father's power for him to recover? Can't you see??? He's dying!" said Simon my husband's servant to me

He confronted me about it outside of my husband's room

"I can't! If I do that and my Father knew about it, he'll kill me! And besides for goodness' sake! He doesn't even know that this earth exists!" I said in frustration

I looked at my husband's pale face and weak body

He became sick year ago. No one knows what happened to him until we had dinner and he collapsed

Since that day, I stood beside him and never left his side. I helped him in everything I can, I did everything to make him strong.

But I knew in the back of my mind that I wasn't the one he wanted to have in his side anymore.

So I contacted my cousin...

I called my servant Sarah and told her that she must call my cousin Freya and invite her in my husband's mansion.

"At first, my lord. She was hesitant and told me that she was busy selling some herbs, but when I told her what you told me to say to her that someone's looking for her, she agreed right away." Sarah said

I clenched my fist...

I knew it.

"Very well, ready my things and my horse. As soon as Freya arrives, I'll be leaving this place." I told Sarah while turning my back at her to avoid seeing me being teary eyed.

It hurts but If I am not the one he wants to see and spends his life anymore I wont get in their way.

"Yes, my lord."

As soon as Sarah said that, she left the room
