Power Lost

"Just this in, the ruby necklace has been stolen for Ninjago Museum Of History. Reinforcements are on the way to the Museum as we speak!"

The famous news reporter Gayle Gossip said towards the camera. After Gayle finished her statement, Vinny, her camera man, put the camera down giving Gayle a thumbs up.

They soon heard cops sirens and saw cop cars, the drivers driving insane as usual. Gayle quickly told Vinny to get a shot of her in front of the cars to let the people know the cops are heading to the museum. Vinny quickly got the camera up again and turned it on and gave Gayle a cue to go.

"The cops are on their way to the museum-" Gayle was saying before a red ninja landed beside her.

"Hey, Gayle!" The red ninja said waving, he finally saw the camera and pushed Gayle out of the way and looked right in it.

"Don't forget to follow me on Twitter!" The red ninja yelled winking into the camera. Gayle pushed the red ninja out of the way.

"Kai! Stop promoting yourself and get over here!"

Kai rolled his eyes and started running off. He ran to an alley and jumped between the two buildings and got on the roof.

"Chill out guys-"

"You were promoting yourself again, weren't you?" Nya asked, putting both of her hands on her hips while looking at her brother.

"Uhh- look! Ninjago Museum Of History! Let's go!" Yelled Kai as he was already running towards the museum. Nya just shook her head at her older brother.

"You needed us, Commissioner?" Said Lloyd as he took off his mask, along with the rest of the ninjas.

"Oh, Lloyd, my men couldn't find any clues here. So we're wondering if you can find any, both in here and outside the museum." The Commissioner said, two policemen were sitting on a bench playing with their 'caution' tape and laughing. Lloyd nodded his head and turned around to face the ninjas.

"We'll split up-"

"No!! What if something bad happens again!?! Something bad always happens when we're split up!" Exclaimed Jay, Nya put her hand on his shoulder to try to calm him down. Soon Jay was calm and Lloyd continued.

"As I was saying, we'll split up. Half of us we'll stay in the museum looking for clues while the other half will go outside and search around the museum." The rest of the ninjas nodded to Lloyd.

"Me, Kai and Zane will search outside. Nya, Jay and Cole you'll search inside." Said Lloyd as they either went outside or went to search the museum.
