Here I am sitting at home working on my songs for our auditions for the The Voice next month.

The door to my music room opens and Dilshan walks in with a smirk (as always). He just stood there looking at me as if he was trying to figure out something.

"Can I help you ?" I asked with a raised brow.
"No I just came to see what you're up to" he answered.

"Are you sure you didnt come here to annoy me cause that's not really you to leave me alone " I rolled my eyes at him.

"Oh please you love my presence I know you secretly can't resist me Jewel" I scoffed at him and his ridiculousness.

"Oh really" he smirks then starts walking towards me with mischief in his eyes.

I took a step back and immediately hit the wall but I only focused on those stormy grey eyes that seemed to always catch my attention.

His breath fanned my face and my breath hitched.
He started to tease my neck from my ear to collar bone.
I let out a breathy moan from the sensation. He then took a step with that smirk of his and my face was crimson red.

"Still think I don't make you nervous ?" He shows me a stupid smirk and I shove him away from me.

" Leave me alone stupid " I tell him whilst pushing him out the door.

"You love me and my sexiness" my eyes widen at his statement. If he only knew.

"You wish" I wish you loved me like I do.

"Alishaaaaa" I barged into her house, I was desperate for my sister from another Mister.

"Yes Mo"
"I'm in love with your stupid twin " I started sobbing in her arm .
I've loved than man since the first time I met him. Do you know how we met ?
Well , we met at resort when we were kids both our families were having a vacation there.
And I met Dilshan when he 'accidentally' spilt his entire Ice cream on me just because I had pigtails.

"Oh darling I alreadyknow infact the whole Carter/Daniels clan knows well apart from Dilshan himself cause that boy be dumb as a board " she chuckled and I was shocked by her revelations. It was that obvious .

Am I that easy to read, I can't believe everyone knows. Oh my god. I feel my cheeks heating up in embarrassment

"No need to feel embarrassed baby, it's okay to be in love whilst the whole world knows, well except for the person you're in love with. But hey I'm happy that one day we'll be actual sisters" Alishaa says and I laugh at her silliness.

"Thanks for the advice sis you always know how to make me feel better" I hug her with a few tears strolling down my face.

"Now come on to the music room, we should burn off some steam" I smile then follow as she drags me along with her.

We were all set to record any song that we wanted to sing and I was just excited.

"Okay it's all set. So what song should we sing Mona?"she asked and I started to browse in my head.

"How about we sing Lovely by Billie Eilish ?" She nods and puts it on and joins me in the booth.

When we were done I opened my eyes to see the whole family mine and Alisha's standing there looking at as awe. I smiled at them as we got out of the booth. My mama came up to me and gave me a huge hug and I hugged her back.

"Oh my baby, with a voice like that you'll become the next Ariana Grande" she commented and I gave her a big grin.

"Thank you ma and I'm very happy you're supporting us in our dreams" I said.

"No problem baby, I'll always support you in any decision you decide to make. Now come on we have prepared dinner your favourites ." She said and I squealed at the sudden thought of food.

"Come on Mona it'll get cold" Alisha practically drags me out of the music room whilst everyone chuckle at us.

I love this family.
