Kaiser stepped out from the mansion. He was too tired from greeting the visitors. Today is his 21th birthday and also the big day which is also the declaration of him being the Head of  Fontaine.

As an obedient son, Kaiser accepted his big responsibility even he had to abandon his humanity. What he wants and what he does will affect the reputation of his entire clan. Any choices that he make will make an impact.

He went to the garden where he could see the statue of his beloved mother. Even decades had been passed, the beauty of this thing doesn't fade. It felt as if her soul lingers inside.

He stopped infront and smile, "Mother how are you? I've became the son that you wanted to be." He held the palm and lowered his head to place his cheeks on the cold hand of the statue. "Please bless me in heaven.  I'll do anything in my power to protect our clan."

He soon pulled his face away after a minute. "I must go back now. Father must be worried." He smiled then walked back to the mansion.

He could hear a slight faint sound of the music as he walks closer. A gust of wind made him close his eyes. Without a reason, he looked up and saw a beautiful woman wearing a black gown on the balcony. She was leaning at the baluster as the strands of her hair gently sways. That girl had a melancholic look on her face.

She looked down and their eyes met. She muttered a word then left. Kaiser was dumbfounded. He couldn't understand what she mean but he walked inside yet his walking pace was fast. He walked to the balcony where the woman was but she was no longer their.

He tried to look even he kept greeting his guest in return. Unfortunately there was no single trace of her. It was as if she was not here in the first place.

It was weird. If he encountered her before, he would know. He have a sharp memory and a photogenic mind which is a curse at the same time.

He stopped at the balcony. He was on the spot where the girl was. There was a dead  petal on the handrail. He picked it and looked closely. It still had a fragrance despite of its dying state.

He closed his eyes and opened his mouth. "Y/N.." He said then when he opened it, the petal on his hand slowly turned into dust.

There was something wrong. He put his hand on his chest then it turned into fist. He felt his heart beating not because he was inlove. What he felt, he couldn't explain but he can sense something strange.

Like a memory that he forgotten. A very important memory that he must remember.

The woman sat on the roof. She sighed while hugging her knees. "There's no way that you would remember because we never met in the first place. We shouldn't be." She stood up. She pointed the gun at the defenceless man but immediately pulled her arm back.

"May we meet again, Kaiser." She smiled then jumped away from the roof. She landed down and walked inside the black limousine.

The man looked at the window. His legs were crossed while talking on the phone showing his disinterest. The elders were bugging him to get married as soon as possible to strengthen their power. The head elder wanted him to marry his granddaughter but since he did not feel any sign of being inlove. He refused.

"I'm done with this conversation." Eris ended the call.

"It seems that the Mr. Filo is desperate." His younger brother spoke. He sighed and crossed his arms. "Glad that I'm not the head. You look so exhausted and pissed off even not stressed, you still do look like that." He said and mumbled the last sentence.

"Shut up, Eriya." Eris groaned.

They were flying back to Kyoto after having an important meeting at Paris. He was also forced to attend birthday celebrations. The celebrants are mostly female that the elders choose for him as a fiancee candidate.

It was just easy for every woman to fall for Eris. He got the looks, the strength and the power that any girl could want but what he wants couldn't get easily. It was not a material thing after all.

The plane landed after an hour. Eris didn't have any bodyguards. He didn't want to and that would attract more attention but for now he have a five bodyguards assisting them for their own safety. There were no reporters because they were banned to enter. Also they were the only ones on the airport.

"Finally came back. Been missing my wife." Eriya stretched his arms. "It's so~" he shut his mouth as he feel a share gaze on his back.

What Eris did lack and did want have was the feeling of love. He envy his carefree brother for being so free.

Eriya held his stomach, "Oops. Bro need to go to restroom." He said. Eris gestured him to and let all of the bodyguards to follow him only outside the restroom. He sat down on the waiting chair.

He soon felt a sharp object pointing on his back but he was fast enough to dodge it. He stood up and looked behind. There was a woman sitting. She was wearing a sunglasses and wearing a purple dress. She was very beautiful but he knew that she's dangerous. She didn't have any sharp object. She raises her arm in surrender and sarcastic way.

Their eyes met. She smiled but he gaze at her coldy. She opened her mouth a mumbled a word. She took something on her pocket and pressed the red button on it.

He backed away at the smoke. It wasn't poisonous but it could affect it speed. The smoke didn't last for long. After it disappear, the woman also did leaving no trace as if she didn't came here.

Except for one thing. That woman said a name. It made him felt an excitiment inside his chest. What a mysterious woman.

"Y/N..hmm."
