Chapter 37: PAST (I)

"Now you listen to the reality Aditya Hooda ." Pooja said glaring at him.

"It's better if you tell me the truth orelse it won't be good for you both." Aditya warned.

"Haah. What will we get by lying to you now . Now that you have caught us Mmm? I'll show you proof don't worry."

"Yeah right like how you showed your fake medical prescription back then." Aditya said clenching his jaws.

"Believe me what I am going to say you will shake you down the earth Hooda." Pooja said with an evil smile.

Pooja and Rehaan looked at each other and decided to tell him the actual story.

"Now listen." She said.

"Remember when we newly joined the college , we barely knew each other . Our fathers were friends . But one day everything changed and that changed me ." Pooja said giving Aditya tough glares.

FLASHBACK STARTS
(THREE YEARS AGO)

Laughters were heard in Hooda mansion. Harshawardhan and Pooja's father Sanjay were having good time at a party.

"I must say Harsh you are really a great person to enlighten mood with. Maza aa gaya aaj toh." Sanjay said having a sip of wine.

"Oh come on Sanjay. This is obvious . Jab hum dono yaar saath ho toh maza toh aayega hi." Harshawardhan said.

"But Harsh... we are enjoying our lives and I bet we are much more at happy places than the rest of the family members ." Sanjay laughed patting Harshawardhan's shoulders. He chuckled sadly .

"Han yar . But I must say if we compare us both then you're the happiest. Atleast your getting daughterly love. I'm not even deserving a soft talk with my Adi." Harshawardhan said sadly.

His relationship with Aditya was not good that time.

Sanjay saw his condition and kept hands on his shoulders .
"Don't worry Harsh. I'm sure he will forgive you someday." He consoled him.

"And by the way ... do our kids know each other ? I never saw them getting along together." Sanjay spoke further.

"Yeah even I wonder. Aren't they in same college?" Harshawardhan asked thinking. Sanjay nodded.

"Oh then maybe we should introduce them to each other. What say Harsh." Sanjay smiled . Harshawardhan understood his intention. He nodded smiling.

The party went till late night . Everyone were enjoying . Sanjay has a habit of drinking much. He was drunk as hell and Harshawardhan couldn't help it. As a friend he tried to handle him and made him sit on the couch.

"My driver will drop you home . You're not going alone tonight ." Harshawardhan told him. He didn't take it seriously.

Meanwhile Harshawardhan's clients started to show up and that made him divert his mind from Sanjay. He got engrossed in conversation. Sanjay was sitting ordering the waiter to come with more drinks.
