Hello all my amazing readers!

I'm so so so so SO sorry that I haven't updated I've been incredibly busy and also very stressed with everything that is going on in the world along with some personal family problems
But I'm here to try and get a story chapter out to you all!

Anyway I'm gonna get to the story so that you all can read away!

(3rd person POV)

"What do we do now?"
(Y/n) asked holding the boy in her arms as he slept peacefully after what all just happened
"Well we should contact the boys parents right away" hotch said as he looked at JJ as she just nodded in understanding as she walked towards the phone on the nearest desk and dialed the number to the boys parents
As (y/n) held the boy she felt someone's hand touch her upper back in a soft way as she looked over her shoulder to see spencer who just gave a small but slightly awkward smile to her
"You should go sit down with him so you don't get tired of holding him and standing"
he whispered as the other also agreed as Morgan and hotch pulled up a chair for her and grabbed a blanket for the boy as (y/n) nodded and sat down making sure the boy was comfortable as well as herself.

As 15 minutes past two people rushed into the doors of the building looking frantic as their loud and shaken voiced invaded the once quiet station as members of the station tried to quiet them down and calm them before seeing the boy who was still asleep as they did calm down Morgan and JJ walked out to talk to the parents and after a few minutes they walked the two in their as they walked in they saw
(Y/n) holding the boy with Reid next to her as he smiled looking at the two as (y/n)'s focus was on the boy making sure he stayed asleep
As it was what he deserved after going through all he went through as the door quietly closed
(Y/n) looked up slightly seeing the parents and looked over at Reid with a nod As the parents walked over softly the mom held her hand to her mouth as tears ran down her cheeks her husband holding her softly
"Is...is he going to be ok?"
The mom said softly still a bit shaken
"He's gonna be just fine"
(Y/n) said as she adjusts herself gently, careful not to wake up the boy
"He's just going to need a lot of care from you both and a lot of love"
Morgan spoke up as the rest of the team smiled
(Y/n) looked at Reid
"Here take him please" she said as she shifted towards Reid to hand him the boy as Reid nodded JJ also sat down as she pets the small boys hair slightly in comfort.
(Y/n) leaned forward as she held out her hand to both of the parents to which they both took her hand
"I will do whatever it takes to find this son of a bitch who hurt this little boy i will do whatever it takes to bring them to justice"
(y/n) said firmly as the mom sniffles as her husband mumbled thank you over and over as the mother pulled    (Y/n) in the hug that her husband joined in as well
(Y/n) froze a little as she started to loosen up into the hug as the mother pulled away
"You're going to make a wonderful mother one day" she said placing a gently but motherly hand on
(Y/n)'s cheek
"-and a wonderful wife"
the father added in as well as that brought a smile to her face as she looked back at her team who smiled in joy and happiness as Reid stood up with the help to JJ and Emily as he walked up to the group of 3 and handed the parents their son as he started to wake up
"M-mommy? Daddy?"
He mumbled rubbing his eyes as the parents cried tears of joy nodding their heads As they hugged the boy being gentle as the team left the room to let the three have some alone time as they all stood in the office together with a smile
"Who would have known (y/n) is so good with children" Morgan said with a jokingly teasing tone as (y/n) pushed him slightly
"Mama (y/n) that is gonna be so cute to hear from your future kids" Penelope said over the phone with a small squeal as (y/n) felt her cheeks get red as she looked down as Reid patted her shoulder with a small smile that he was 'trying' to hide as hotch laughed a little
"Okay okay lets not tease our little new girl too much" JJ said with a smile
As (y/n) smiled she leaned against the table
"Ya know I wish I could go back in time to tell my little baby self that I was going to pursue my dream and have an amazing team as well"
she said looking at the group
"Little baby (y/n) was pretty cute"
Rossi spoke up with a smile which caused the team to look up
"You knew (y/n) when she was little?"
They all questioned
"Indeed I did when I knew her dad she was pretty little, maybe about 4 or 5 years old" he said as he looked at (y/n)
To which she just laughed
"Yeah I remember when I fell face first off a slide and you panicked while my dad laughed"
She said as Reid raised a brow
"You fell face first off a slide? How is that even possible?"
He said laughing which made
(Y/n)'s heart flutter
Rossi smiled seeing the love stuck look in her eyes and smiled nudging hotch who stood next to him who also noticed
As (y/n) and Reid made a small conversation while the others talked to each other someone walked in the room
"Sorry to interrupt but I think we have something" an officer said looking at the group as they all looked at each other as their once happy and joyful looked turned serious as they followed the officer to the desk
"We think we have located your unsub"
the officer stated
