Personality: Kind, Caring, Smart/Intelligent, Somewhat introverted but still on the extroverted side. She is always there for her friends. She is sweet, she stands up for what is right. She doesn't give up. 

Looks: Light Pink Hair (At the roots and mid sections, and some of the ends), Hot Pinkish/Red on the ends, Blue eyes and Light Skin Tone.

Powers: She turns into a mermaid. She can manipulate the water, and talks to ocean life.

Backstory: Chloe is the daughter of King Eric and Queen Ariel. She was born the youngest in her family, her older siblings are Evan; who is the first oldest, Bree; who is the second oldest, Ethan; who is the third oldest, Belle; who is the fourth oldest, Dean; who is the fifth oldest, Melody; who is the sixth oldest, and Chloe; who is the seventh oldest. Her grandfather is King Triton, she is a princess. She grew up living half of her life under water, and half of earth. Chloe goes to Auradon Prep, not many know she is a mermaid. She had only told people that she is friends or allies with that she can trust. She is too scared, she will tell the wrong person what she is, cause she doesn't want something bad to happen. Chloe has had a run in with Ursula and Uma. She hates Ursula. She used to be enemies with Uma and used to hate her, not anymore.
