Your eyes opened slowly as you took in your surroundings. You were in a windowless room. You tried to rub your eyes, but found your wrists cuffed to what looked like a hospital bed. You were dressed in a light colored hospital gown. You remembered the events that brought you here, and began thrashing in the bed, attempting to break free.

With no success, you tapped into the force, and felt two people outside the heavy door on the other side of the room. They heard your commotion and entered. Poe first, with Finn following closely behind. They both were staring at you. Your face stayed stone cold as you watched them make their way across the room.

Poe spoke with a smile on his face, "Good morning sunshine."

You kept the same blank expression your master taught you. "It's funny. I thought you'd be taller."

A laugh escaped Finn's mouth, but he quickly hid it as he spoke. "I'll go get the General."

He exited the room, leaving you and Poe alone. He got closer to you now. Studying your face, along with every single feature of your body.

He narrowed his eyes, "You don't look like a Sith." He cocked his head to the side and looked into your eyes, "Your eyes look too soft." And then he smiled again. "Like they're full of sunshine."

Your face got red as he spoke. You couldn't take it anymore. "Take these restraints off and I'll show you just how soft I am."

He took a step back, crossed his arms, and straightened his posture. "No, I don't think I will."

With that, an older woman walked in. As Poe was leaving the room, he called back, "Be careful General, she's a lively one."

As the general sat down in a chair facing the bed, she spoke in a calm, soothing voice, "I'll take my chances."

She looked up at you. Once the door was shut, she spoke. "I am General Leia Organa. I have spent my entire life helping the cause of bringing down the empire, and restoring peace to the galaxy. With your help, I believe we can free everyone from the clutches of The First Order."

You were in shock. You didn't expect her to say anything like that. You thought this would be some kind of interrogation. Even so, you knew she couldn't be telling the truth. Not after the things you've learned.

"You're the ones standing in the way of peace! Your own brother killed the only leaders your galaxy had." You looked down and your voice became hushed. "He killed his own father."

Leia sighed, "The First Order has been feeding you false information. They are the reason for the unrest in the galaxy. They take whatever they want, leaving a path of destruction and death as they go. They have been the cause of more deaths than I can count."

She paused, and her eyes saddened. "They took my son away from me."

Your heart dropped when she said that. Her family had been torn apart by the same people you thought were there to keep them together.

Your voice was quiet, not wanting to catch her off guard. "I'm sorry."

She didn't speak.

"What was his name?" You weren't quite sure why you asked, but something inside made you.

Her eyes met with yours. "My son is Ben Solo."

Your jaw dropped. You couldn't believe it. Her son was Kylo Ren. The same man who wanted every last resistance member dead.

"Why isn't he here with you, what happened to him?"

She breathed in heavily, getting ready to answer your questions. "It started when we sent him to train with his uncle, Luke Skywalker."
